They have called Doctor offices, and my insurance for me. Sometimes I have to pay out of pocket but their medications are affordable so I am able too. Also they sell really cute stuff in their shop section.

I was afraid the lady would be afraid I'd infect her but she was so kind and gracious. She told me she wasn't scared at all and was just glad she could help. I had no family to help me so I really appreciated this. They also take care of my meds every month and pass no judgements whatever your medication may be. I have had other pharmacies do that, but not them. They are just an amazing bunch of human beings.

After moving to Bartlesville, our family tried all the large chain store pharmacies (WalMart,…read moreWalgreens, and CVS). We experienced the same problems at all three: extremely long wait times, overworked and busy staff, medications we used every month were not in stock, etc. A friend suggested we look for a smaller independent pharmacy, and we found Express Rx. It is such a different experience filling prescriptions here! They have a drive-thru which is so convenient; or you can wait in the store if you prefer. Prescriptions are ready shorty after dropping them off, and they make sure to have the medications we use each month in stock. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and have time to provide real customer service. They are experts at dealing with doctors' offices and insurance companies, and have resolved many issues for us. I honestly can't think of any areas in which they could improve. Filling prescriptions is no longer a horrific ordeal; it's just an ordinary errand as it should be.
