Its a Walmart! Dont expect a Nordstrom customer service experience - go to Nordstrom for that!! Walmart is where u get cheap stuff cheap. This one is far better than many others in that they are usually well stocked and the employees are generally pleasant & polite. Thats a win read more

I came into the store looking for some egg Noddle's could not find them. I was looking all up and down the aisles and still didn't see them, so I asked the guy shopping for lazy people Lol. any way the guy shopper I had asked him where the pasta was. he told me and then I asked him why there was not signs up like the others what he said to me blows me away it was downright rude. he said that they took it down because it makes the store look ugly.!!! I then went and got what I needed and then went around the aisle to where he was at and i said to him Well if that makes the store look ugly then they should get rid of some ugly people. this guy had black hair and black glasses on and Fat. I thank he should be let go because no employee should Speake to a customer like that. writing him up isn't good enough. Walmart should teach their workers to not make smart comments when someone. asks them a Question!!! read more

This place is beyond terrible! Employees are clueless. If the machine doesn't have your answer, you might as well go somewhere else. Isn't just me, look at the reviews. I know I alone won't shut down Walmart, but I know a lot of people that refuse to shop here and the list gets longer everyday. Did I mention employees are clueless? Ask a question at the service desk and count the "uuuummmmssss" and "I don't knows" you get. I understand a Walmart career is embarrassing, but their attitudes don't have to be taken out on employees. Stay away. Pryor site to store is embarrassingly inaccurate. Where's my order? Nobody has a clue! Middle of a pandemic where 50% of people are using site to store and not 1 employee at Pryor Walmart understands how it works. WANTED: NEW MANAGEMENT FOR PRYOR WALMART!!! Horrible experience today. I went in to buy fabric. The poor young man working there had been sent over from sporting goods with no instructions and a scanner that was dead. Fortunately he took the initiative and fixed it. Antiquated cutting table; antiquated equipment in that section. I went to check out; 4 out of 9 registers were open and moving VERY slowly. Went to self check out. The scanner was either broken or dirty. The nice lady employee who helped me had to keep wiping off my card. After about 6 tries it went through. (Zero balance on my card I might add.) The staff deserves better training and working equipment. This is not an employee problem....this is a management problem. So let's all pray for world peace... and for Pryor to get a Target!!! read more

Automotive center changed my Great Aunts car oil and didn't put oil back in it So I checked the dipstick and it barely had any oil on it so we called they refuse to admit fault and said it must have a leak nope car has no leak plus it only has 88,000 miles on the car terrible management they didn't offer any evidence to us and wont even look at the picture I took basically calling her a liar she is one of the most Honest and Religous women in are Family but Walmart doesn't care so maybe Yelp review will help others from this happen to them read more

They have checkers who care and good prices. Kudos for allowing GS to sell cookies outside. It seemed the fruits and veggies were picked over. We found what we needed at good prices. We will be back. read more

Best auto center I have ever been to! Visiting a friend in the area and needed an oil change. The guys were super nice and they vacuumed out my car and wiped down all the surfaces. Best oil change experience and I have been driving over 35 years!!! Thanks guys!! read more

My mother was robbed at approximately 9pm tonight Feb 27, 2020 by two men they took her purse and went back into the store. She ran in after them and asked the manager "T" who would not give her full name but Phil is the manager of Pryor Walmart. My mom 72 years old scared and afraid asked for help from pryor Walmart management and she was told sorry we cannot help you. She stated they are in your store please help they said you have to call pryor police. Are you kidding me you cannot even feel safe shopping at Walmart and when you ask management for help they turn there backs!!!!!! I am furious mad, dumb founded my grandfather knew Sam Walton if he was alive this would not be happening. These are lawsuits waiting to happen!! Walmart you better watch out I'm coming after you!!! Sporting goods: If your looking to purchase any kind fishing or hunting license. Better luck else where, of all the employees in the store was I told only one person has enough knowledge to work the system in order for you to get a license. Manager doesn't know a thing! I was to by manager to come back on two different occasions, just to find out that their one employee is still not there to provide the service. Waste of time! read more

It all started when the "Super" Walmart in Pryor started reducing inventory. If you asked about regular items that were now removed from the shelves you were told "well you can order that on line". Then they moved everything around - for weeks. It was very hard to find things in that store. If you found where it should be - they were out of it. They couldn't keep the shelves stocked fast enough. Last time I shopped there, they were out of five items on my shopping list. Or maybe they just stopped selling them? It's not worth the trouble to go there anymore and not find what I want to buy. I do not want to order my things on line. Then there was the long wait at the check out lines, standing there waiting to check out, looking at all of the other empty cash registrar stations. Why have all of those if you never use them? I have started shopping at other stores. Which is kind of nice actually. No, I don't miss shopping at Walmart at all. read more
