Came right in the middle of summer swimsuit time for our household.. Hey we found some good matching pieces of swimwear -not matching family pieces, ;-). My daughter and I were lucky that Target in BA had a large stock of selection, but who knows for how long.. As for prices on swimwear here, they were decent. We were impressed with the prices and quality's. When Walmart doesn't meet the needs for certain things, we do shop Target... Target won by a long shot on the women's swimwear!! Exceptional customer service at the check out stand. All questions were answered and help provided when asked. We had an assortment of sale and clearance items with regular priced things and all rang up correctly! In fact, we were told we had the longest. sales receipt of the day!! read more

This target location is my favorite in Tulsa! The folks are always nice, when there are actual cashiers. I've had to wait to checkout almost every time I shop. The selection is pretty good for a smaller location. I always find good cheap clearance prices too. I will do online order for pickup sometimes when I know I'll be in the area, so that I don't miss out on something being in stock that I want/need. It's always convenient picking up. I sure wish Muskogee would get a target! read more

I'm a big Target fan but today I'm really upset. I bought a basket from them, it's lovely as usual. Went to take off the tag today and as I pulled I felt a slice to my skin. Turns out they added metal to their tags and it sliced two of my fingers as I pulled it off. Why??? Why was this done? I'm bleeding and in pain and now have two deep cuts on my fingers. All because of a metal piece that was added unnecessarily to a paper tag. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this Target. I love Target in general, but this location has been good and bad. I am a creature of habit - even though there are TWO grocery stores (soon to be 3), a Target, and a Super Walmart within a mile of each other, I go to Target because of the discounts I receive with my Target RedCard. And because most of the time I can shop in peace. I enjoy the early morning hours when the store isn't overrun with shoppers yet. It's quiet, and I feel like I can look at things without someone invading my personal space. Any time after 10am on Sunday, forget it. For some reason this store is always busy on Thursday night, no matter what time. I like the pharmacy here. The workers are nice, and my prescriptions are ready on time. Sometimes a little earlier! You can request refills through their automated phone system or through the Target app, or even through text if you set it up for refill reminders. They will text you when it's ready to be picked up, even if you drop it off in the store and say you'll wait for it. No guesswork on when you dropped it off and how long they said it would be. Go look around, they've got this. Great rewards program: you fill 10 times (I believe) and you get a 5% off coupon in the mail. That may not seem like a very good coupon, but think about 5% off of a TV or another big purchase (Christmas, etc). It adds up! Now on to what irritates me about this store. This has actually happened at the larger locations too so it's not just this store. Stock doesn't seem to be rotated out very well (older in the front, newer in the back). There have been several times where I've picked up cheese, lunch meat, dairy items, canned items, and frozen things and the current date is past the expiration date. By a few weeks. One can I picked up, the best by date was 6 months earlier! It must have been forgotten in the warehouse. ALWAYS check expiration / best by dates on perishable items at this store. You don't want to get home and see that you bought expired boxed almond milk, yuck (I know from experience). The produce is limited here, as well as the grocery selection in general, but those other grocery stores are a few blocks away if you really need something specific. If you come here looking for clothes, electronics, toys, or household items you are in luck. Just don't get mad if they don't have your particular food item. read more

I always will recommend this target. All the employees are sweet and always willing to help you. Everytime I go in there the place is clean and smells fresh. I can stay in there for hours and not get bored. I will say that alot of stuff that should be near each other are spread out into other random areas but you can still fins it all pretty easily. The target app is so annoying like what happened target? starting to act worse then Walmart. You're app is never accurate. I have driven all over Tulsa for nothing every time I try to purchase this shirt for curbside it says in stock but 1-2 hours of me purchasing it comes back to not be in stock like how dose that make any sense. Target, I use to love you. I really, really did until today when I tried to go in and fix a mess that TARGET made. I wanted to exchange something for another color and Target ended up charging me an extra SEVENTY FIVE dollars. I tried to get my money back (receipts in hand and all!), but the lady at Customer Service said she couldn't do anything and I had to go back to the original Target. SERIOUSLY? My wife and I call this "Tiny Target", because it's not really full size. The grocery section is quite a bit smaller than a super Target. We still shop here most weeks to meet our needs. While the selection is smaller, we are able to use their coupon policy and red card savings to save a TON of money. It's a lot cheaper and less manic than the Wal-Mart down the street. Watch the sale ads and pair Target coupons with manufacturer coupons, and you will be a happy shopper. Also a quick FYI about this store, we often find expired food here, even in the canned goods, so check ALL of your expiration dates! Happy shopping! read more

I found a pair of jeans at the Target on 71st that I wanted but they didn't have my size. One of the girls working there looked up which location might have them and told me the store on Memorial had two pair. I was happy that she put forth the effort to help me find what I wanted. I called the store on Memorial and asked if they could check to make sure they did have my size. The girl I spoke to was named Jade and she said she'd be happy to check for me. She found one pair and put them on hold for me at the service counter. When I went to get them Jade was there and could not have been nicer. Both girl gave excellent customer service. read more

A few months ago I came here for some series X games. I got watch dog legion . I stay in North tulsa and The game servers didn't work and I'm not blaming target for it. My issue is I called ahead of time and told them my problem and asked them if I could trade in my game for a different game and was told YES. I drove out there got another game and when I got to the register the person who I believe to be a manager came out and told me I had to trade it in for the SAME GAME that I'm having a issue with. Something they could have said over the phone besides having me come in so they could get a extra buck . read more

Listen CAREFULLY if you check out with a store associate. I was checking out and the cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for a rewards card and that it would save me twenty dollars off my purchase if I did. I said sure and followed all her prompts. After I was done, I found out it was for a credit card! I had the money to pay for the purchases! When I told her that I didn't want another credit card, she said pay the bill when you get it and tear up the card. I said sure, AFTER I get tagged with outrageous interest rates! I couldn't believe how she conned me! I am still livid! read more

This Target is going downhill due to a new manager. They only have one checkout lane open most of the time besides the self-check. I have heard he has cut most employees hours down to less than 30 a week, so I expect many employees will be looking for work elsewhere. read more
