We couldn't have been more satisfied. When we picked her car up we had an indication on the dash that the Steering air bag sensor was not functioning and we needed to go to the dealer. We brought the car to Lexus and paid almost $2000 for the replacement air bag. Inquiring what happened the technician said it was 'shorted out' which I said was impossible because we don't drink/eat in the car. The technician ran the vehicle's computer and it showed that it was shorted out while being detailed and said that this is common accident - can happen to anyone while cleaning your car - they see this a lot. I called Chris, the owner, and explained what had happened. He said to send him the computer print out for the car and my repair receipt which I did. He immediately reimbursed me for the entire repair- no questions asked. This incident was totally an accident- not carelessness on anyone's part. It just happened- the world is not a perfect place -stuff happens. I want the reader to know that this is a professional shop, do great work at a reasonable price and are stand up people. Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I searched for local detail shops and came across Detail Sector on Yelp. The address jogged my memory and I knew that I had stopped by once before. I remembered the shop and knew that my car was going to be taken care of. I stopped by for Jon to give me an estimate which I thought was very fair given the condition of the exterior and interior car. We talked about the work involved and when he had availability and after working out the details I dropped my car off to get it cleaned up. Jon did an excellent and thorough job both inside and out. The interior looks almost brand new and the exterior is as good as I had hoped for it being a 16 year old car. I definitely got a fair deal on all the work he had to put in. Jon is also very customer service oriented and my interactions with him were great. He is knowledgeable and also provided me with some additional recommendations for a few other things I may do in the future.

Glad I didn't give this guy the job because a few days later another installer showed LI Car guys did a job where they took the wheels off the car and they did not torque the wheels corrected when putting them back on and the customers wheels fell off and created a dangerous situation that they probably got sued for.
