Best Body Work Ever!…read more The moment you walk in, Vinny makes you feel at home. He's willing to work with you to get you what you need. He will take care of you like his own family and though you've just met, you'll feel like you're good friends. Geico's sent me to one of their Auto Repair XPress centers. I read terrible reviews so I called Geico and asked if I "had" to fix my car there. Would they get angry and make me feel uncomfortable if I received an estimate and left. Geico told me Yes, most probably. So I just took my car to a regular bodyshop to get estimated by a Geico Rep. My car (Acura TSX) was hit by the Hailstorm in Long Island, there was extensive damage, thousands of dings - some of which were pretty deep. Upon seeing a co-worker/friends Honda S2000 fixed at Impact, I immediately took my car in for a re-estimate. Vinny took care of everything, he had the Geico Rep there to perform a re-estimate and got the $ to fix everything right. He repaired... replaced... and detailed my car, leaving it looking - essentially, brand new! Even old small scuffs and scratches were buffed out. Oh, and the best part is Vinny will work with you, whatever you need - time, work done, pick-up. He'll even try to whittle your rental payment down for you. AND he won't take your car just to have it sit in the lot, he'll call you in when he's ready and have it out when he say's he will. My car took 2 weeks to repair. My co-workers waited an avg of 5-6 weeks for theirs (same work or less). If you ever need any type of bodywork done, go to Impact - you won't regret it. It takes me an hour+ to get there but it's worth every minute. I was always nervous because I had no where to go for Auto Bodywork. Now my mind is at ease and I have a safe place to go. And there's a little gift in your car when you leave - a bottle of touch-up paint, Sweet!

Very friendly staff and excellent work! Vinny & Liz are wonderful people, and they did a very…read moregood job fixing my door, bumper, quarter-panel, and hub cap. Very, very satisfied with this auto body repair shop, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Centerline Collision!…read more My 1 month old car had been hit in a parking lot, and no note was left. I was more than upset to say the least that my baby got it's first booboo, and wanted to get it fixed. I shopped around and went to various different body shops that were near home and work, and based on recommendations. I received multiple quotes that ranged from $1000-1700 to fix my bumper. Each shop stated that my bumper was pricey, which it was at $650. Centerline Collision was the last body shop that I visited to get a quote to fix my bumper. It was the best experience out of the other 4 shops I went to. It was also the most reasonable estimate. Dominick was the only mechanic to actually look UNDER my car and INSIDE of my trunk to see if there was additional damage. He actually got on the ground and looked under my car. Nobody else did that for me. I knew this was the shop for me. I had made my decision. Dominick kept lines of communication open! Called me when my bumper came in and stated I had to come in for a color match. I came in the next day. Dominick then said he would call when the paint was dry and my bumper could be put on. He stated there was no reason for me to leave my car with him if my bumper wasn't ready. The next day came and my new bumper was ready! Dropped my car off after work, and it was ready by mid afternoon. Only took about a half a day, which is what I was told when I received my estimate. Also, each time I came in (color match, dropping off my car, picking up my car) I was welcomed by name! Talk about great customer service. I am very satisfied with the work that was done here. I fully recommend Dominick and Centerline Collision to everyone!

The finish on my wheels came out like showroom and Frank even had my car washed and prepped upon delivery, I was extremely happy with the price he charged me and I look forward to doing future business with him very soon!

The front bumper cover was mismatched to the front fenders due to missing front fender lower extensions. They were there when I brought the car to them, missing when I picked it up and they folded the bumper cover to force it to bolt up. I had to buy new ones to fix this botch. The body side moldings I purchased new from LMR were installed in the wrong places, matching chamfer edge to rounded edge and vice versa. Just look at the pics. Blisters started appearing almost immediately, and have continuously appeared ever since. I was taking the car back repeatedly and the prior manager Frank Macri tried to remedy the poor quality work of the manager who did the work before him. Frank no longer works there and the current manager Melissa is horrible to deal with. She actually told me that I paid for a simple scuff and spray paint job and had no implied warranty. Look at the pics I uploaded. They clearly show my car was disassembled of exterior components, paint stripped to metal, bondo body worked and block sanded. The computerized invoice lists welding, frame straightening, fenders and front bumper cover removed, just to begin with. This isn't a case of showing up years after the work with a complaint, this has been constant go backs ever since the work was done. With Frank gone and Melissa now managing, be aware that if you have massive work done on a classic car, she will not want to deal with it when there is a problem. And these pics document the issues I had with them.
