Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. He will take care of you like his own family and though you've just met, you'll feel like you're good friends. Geico's sent me to one of their Auto Repair XPress centers. I read terrible reviews so I called Geico and asked if I "had" to fix my car there. Would they get angry and make me feel uncomfortable if I received an estimate and left. Geico told me Yes, most probably. So I just took my car to a regular bodyshop to get estimated by a Geico Rep. My car (Acura TSX) was hit by the Hailstorm in Long Island, there was extensive damage, thousands of dings - some of which were pretty deep. Upon seeing a co-worker/friends Honda S2000 fixed at Impact, I immediately took my car in for a re-estimate. Vinny took care of everything, he had the Geico Rep there to perform a re-estimate and got the $ to fix everything right. He repaired... replaced... and detailed my car, leaving it looking - essentially, brand new! Even old small scuffs and scratches were buffed out. Oh, and the best part is Vinny will work with you, whatever you need - time, work done, pick-up. He'll even try to whittle your rental payment down for you. AND he won't take your car just to have it sit in the lot, he'll call you in when he's ready and have it out when he say's he will. My car took 2 weeks to repair. My co-workers waited an avg of 5-6 weeks for theirs (same work or less). If you ever need any type of bodywork done, go to Impact - you won't regret it. It takes me an hour+ to get there but it's worth every minute. I was always nervous because I had no where to go for Auto Bodywork. Now my mind is at ease and I have a safe place to go. And there's a little gift in your car when you leave - a bottle of touch-up paint, Sweet!
