Second crew that came was different and did an awful job replacing the windshield. Trim was marred, seals weren't fitted properly and the worst part, they put a nice gash on my A-pillar, did a sloppy job repairing it with touch-up paint and then lied that it was "already like that" when confronted about it. Further, when investigating a running-water noise in the windshield, found a chip in the edge of the windshield under the wiper cowl which was not disclosed to me. I respectfully gave them space to work, but I should have been hawking over them to avoid these headaches. I would recommend you go with ANY other windshield shop, even the big corporate shop probably wouldn't have done this poor of a job.

It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge.
