Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. Not all of my prices are standardized but, the average car wash is definitely not as flexible. It may take a little bit more time but the work last longer and it is a higher quality. The chemicals used at a car wash are much harsher and the machines are much more abrasive leaving scratch and swirl marks on your car . I hand wash the cars with soaps that are PH balanced for the paint, to get the best results
