I love coming to Prime Shine! The people here are so nice and do an excellent job washing the car. Plus honestly it is a lot of FUN to sit in ghe car while it is going through tje automatic wash! Even use it to bring back memories with my grandma from when she was younger. As for value it is a great thing to get the Unlimited basic washes. It is a low monthly price for unlimited times AND if you need a mote detailed wash you can upgrade a single time at a low price. $15 for 3 minute express wash is convenient and effortless. My truck was filthy after a long road trip. This took all the dirt off the exterior and underside. No towel dry but for $15 on Long Island I can't complain. Will come back next time I'm short on time and need a wash. I can't speak for their higher priced washes and the quality work the employees do or don't do, but the machine wash itself is quick and worth the $15. Thanks. read more

Went there with my folks car, it was a Tuesday and not too many cars to wait for, my dad paid for the top treatment and wash is decent, but the stand out part is how well the guys dried and polished the car, cleaning the mats with the vibrating machine and the tire shine and rims were done nicely. One of the guys comes over and he's trying to be helpful. I explain where is the tire shine?? That's the full wash. Brah... I make that stupid hard right into the bay. So I used to take my vehicles to this wash and recently continued with my brand new 2025 black truck. I used the car wash about a month ago and noticed a small scratch on the truck when I got it home, I thought it wasn't related and was pissed and moved on with life. I took the truck to the wash again this weekend and once again I got it home and noticed scratches on the drivers side door, as well as my hood. I am 100 percent convinced that this car wash was the cause of all these scratches. I don't know if their machines are set to high or the brushes are contaminated with dirt. My car was filthy from the snow and unfortunately birds. I just needed an exterior since the inside is usually clean. I went for the $20.00 UNLIMITED Express Exterior. I was pleased. From the man who helped me at the kiosk to the man who gave the car a good power wash before the car wash. Basic wash no frills no towel dry. But the air drying worked fine. Clean car and no bird poop. I will never have a dirty vehicle again. I will sign up for the other car for the same service. This was my first visit. I will update you on future visits. Absolutely the worst I don't bash businesses, I only give positive reviews to those who deserve i, but this place is terrible. I've given them several chances after the last bad experience but this was the last straw. My car sat there (again) and I was forced to wipe it all down myself. Now Im not one for doing work, but when you pay someone to do it, they should do it. I won't be back with any of my cars, and I suggest you go elsewhere also. So I want to start by saying this car wash looks like it's under a new business model or ownership. There were some issues just getting into the car wash but that's not what concerns me. Pulling up there are a bunch of guy's wiping down cars like any other car wash so all looks good. You pull up to an automated gate and a kiosk where you make your selection. I picked the $25 choice which was exterior only with tires. I had to pull the vehicle into the car wash. I sat in the car as it goes through. At the end I was motioned to now pull to a wipe down station. When I got there the guy says You didn't pay for this service. So what did I pay $25 for? Disgusted I pulled back out of the wipe down station and went home. I got out and looked at the vehicle and it was still filthy! Rims dirty, front end full of bugs, glass dirty....... So I ended up cleaning the vehicle myself after I just had a car wash??? So there is deception here. This is not a true car wash but just a self serve automated system. Should be $10 for the 5 minute car wash I just got. If you want a wipe down you will pay over $40. Again, no one was rude, it's a nice looking place, I just didn't feel good for what I paid for. Explained that I had just unplugged my phone from it when I got out because I was on a call so I'm positive it was there and they start searching my car to see if they can find it. I don't like sitting in the car as it's washed so they put it through on neutral. None of the workers were at the end and I watched as it rolled right off the belt and away from the building! I ran toward the car, quickly opened the door and put it in park before it had a chance to roll into traffic!! I calked Iggy, the new owner, and he promised that somebody would stay in the car while it goes through the belt moving forward. Fair enough. I had signed up for their monthly service so I decided to give them another chance. Today I went for another car wash, met Iggy in person for the first time. I reminded him to have someone stay in the car. I followed the car around to the entry. Of course after witnessing my car almost going into traffic you bet I'm gonna watch and make sure someone sits in the car. Iggy sees me and yells at me in front of customers that I can't stand there and watch my car. I was off to the side and not in anyone's way. I told him I'm not moving and he continued yelling at me in front of everyone to move. Finally, the car goes into the wash with the worker in the car and I decide to walk away from Iggys temper tantrum. I go inside and before I left I made sure to cancel my membership. They almost wrecked my car, put myself, bystanders and other cars in danger, and the owner berates me for watching my possession go through his car wash. Are you kidding me?!?!?! I signed up for their monthly promotion for unlimited exterior washes, where the first month should have only been $1.00, and then (with tax) $43.40 each additional month (overall not bad when you consider one exterior wash is $25.00). When I signed up, they charged me the full price, and said the second month I would get charge $1.00. As of Saturday, they charged me full price for the second month. I left both voicemails and emails to have this corrected, and still no one has gotten back to me, so I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. read more

The attendant who vacuumed and cleaned the inside did a poor job. after paying $40 I expected my car to be thoroughly cleaned on the inside. instead the cup holders were not cleaned, the bottom of the doors not wiped and vacuuming was very slipshod. sand under the front seat and mats weren't picked up and sand was under there too. This car wash is ok. I would like to know who the owner is cause there is no show fir the customer. Its like they just expect u to have a wash and just like no lights no nothing. Its just no like show and the regular costs $15 who on earth in their right mind would pay that price? But alas the Belanger equipment was quite nice. The first part is nice and it preps the car and sprays cleaner but barely. The brushes are nice and you wanna know something the owner should invest in some LED lights for the wash it would be based on the wash package like red blue or green or gold. This way the customer knows what they paid for based on the package. Its more enticing to each customer that visits your wash. Customer service is low and the person barely talks to you. English people should be employed so you can understand what they are trying to tell you. Would not come back unless its an emergency. read more

This place used to be Don's Car wash. They always did a great job. NOT PRIME SHINE CAR WASH. I dropped my car off at 8 am for a full detail. I received several different price quotes but unsure what the final cost would be. It was $225 plus tax. I returned at 4 pm and my car just went in to be cleaned. The pick up truck before spent the whole day in the shop being cleaned. He had some paint on his truck and he said that they did a lousy job and refused paying $500 since they did not do the clay cleaning on his truck. So my car was quickly washed and waxed. I had to show the employee that the inside of my doors were dirty. They missed the side of the car. Meanwhile the previous customer called the police and they arrived when I was still there at 5:30 pm. They did the worst detailing job. Missed half of the inside front with their armorall. My trunk was just vacuumed. Still had salt in it that I wanted cleaned. I had to windex my car windows since they poorly cleaned them. I will NEVER go back or recommend this horrible car wash.
