Paul came out and looked things over very carefully and wrote an estimate. I got my work done and was ready for Swany's about the same time I had to leave town for work last October. Paul came out and did my whole house for me in my absence and I paid him by check via US mail. I just returned home from my winter season and was truly impressed with what he did. It was exactly what I wanted and the workmanship passed my perfectionist standards. He was on time, estimated accurately, was fair & honest, and the workmanship was awesome. I plan to hire him for my barn next.

I had a great experience with DJB Continuous Gutters from start to finish…read more I got three bids, and theirs was easily the most professional and competitively priced. Daniel really stood out--super knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and walked me through different options without any pressure. The quote was clear, detailed, and upfront. Daniel, Jesse, and Brandon completed the entire job in one day--new gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and they even cleared out my existing drain pipes. They paid attention to the details, worked around a slightly uneven roofline, and everything came out looking clean and well done. They also left the place spotless, which I really appreciate. They offer a solid three-way warranty, but honestly the all-steel gutters feel like they'll last for decades. I would absolutely recommend them if you want quality work and a smooth, no-hassle process.

Firstly, since moving to Ashland every single contractor we have hired (EXCEPT Rogue Valley…read moreRoofing) have been great and very good integrity. NOT SO WITH ROGUE VALLEY! First they crazy-overcharged for a tiny deck that needed a decent waterproofing seal. They said only his most expensive product would do the job. Then they left it half done and very sloppy. I was asked to remove that negative review when they came out to "fix it". Well they did NOT fix it. And once the rains started we accrued significant damage and cost to both the outside and the inside of our home including mold damage and total inside ceiling needing repair now (Pix included). The owner told us yesterday in person that they would fix it. Now today he writes saying that he won't. Sadly this is just really bad business and very costly mistakes on their part that is left for us to pick up their improper work. I warn anyone to look around for other options and businesses before moving ahead with Rougue Valley Roofing. They do not stand behind their work and they do not behave professionally. What a mess. Sorry to have to write a bad review but this one they very much earned. Ugg.
