He called me and demanded $200 to deliver my car, or they will tow the car back to their impound yard and demand more money. He was rude and just a money monger. I told him their must be a mix up with Allstate. I then called Allstate and they paid the greedy owner Matt. I called back Matt to verify he was paid and that my vehicle was delivered to the exact destination spot. I also told him he was a dick. Not happy with Carrier's towing .
