When I first dropped off my items the owner was extremely nice and friendly. When I went to pick up the total was close to $30 for 1 sun dress and 1 skirt. Pricey in my experience and he was very defensive about the price but fair is fair so I paid for my items. When I got home I saw it was safety pinned through to the hanger. WHAT! I don't get a lot of items dry cleaned but never have I ever seen a safety pin in dry cleaned items. I am beyond upset, the weight of the top portion left a hole in my items. read more

Super friendly staff. They not only do dry cleaning but also do alterations. They have done pillow covers for me that needed a little bit of work. That came out amazing! And even fixed the chin strap of a hat of mine that had broken. The staff is so accommodating, that they even allow me to change into my work cloths, after I pick them up, in their changing room. I gave these cleaners a try the other day as a new customer. My old cleaners lost my business when they charged me $42 for alterations on a pair of pants taking in the waistline. Picked up the two suits I had dropped off earlier in the week yesterday after work and a short stop at the beach. I met the owner Eiman who is a very nice gentleman. Service here is polite, prompt, and helpful. The two suits cost me about $12.50 each for dry cleaning which is not bad but not the best in town. It's a fair price and Eiman told me includes a 20% discount built in. I asked him if I will get the same 20% discount next time and he said every time, it's in your account. So not sure why the 20% discount figure they should just charge $12.50 to begin with, but no big deal. They also do alterations and shoe repair on sight. The location was relatively clean and it appeared like they had a large shop in the back. The owner indicated they do all their cleaning on site and do not send out their work. This is a big plus for me. Parking is abundant in the large shared parking lot next to Trader Joe's. read more

Horrible service when something goes wrong. I picked up my dry cleaning and I received someone else's shirt and I was missing a pair of pants. Ok, no problem mistakes happen and they found my pants. As I was pulling out the shirt that did not belong to me I noticed my dress was ruined. I was extremely upset and was told I would not be charged the $16.50 charge for the dress. As my card was being charged I asked to see an itemized receipt. She was charging me the entire $30 and did not remove the 16.50. At that point I lost my cool. I can get over the fact that you mixed up my clothes with someone else and I can get over the fact that my dress was ruined. We are all humans! But I cannot get over the fact that after she told me she would remove the 16.50 she continued to still charge me for it. I told her it was unethical and she said stated, "Well you never told me you wanted me to remove the charge". At that point I was dumbfound. I didn't realize that after you ruin my dress and mix up my clothes that I am suppose to say, "yes please take off the charge". If you offer you should do it. There was no respect for me as a customer or my personally belongings. read more

Was charged $49 to have a comforter cleaned. When I questioned the total they said it was a difficult job. Nothing was said when I dropped it off about difficulty. Previous cleaner I took it to only charged $25. When I asked about the discount I was supposed to receive, they said it was built into the total, but the invoice showed nothing. If you quote a price and a discount stick to it. If not you get what deserve, no return business, bad referral. read more

We have been using this dry cleaning service in our office for a few years. They pickup/deliver every Tuesday and Friday at our building and to each persons office specifically. Other cleaners do pickup/delivery only once a week... we love the twice a week service. The only reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is because there was a few times when they didn't come by and they didn't call to say if they were on vacation or closed or their driver might have been sick..etc., but still, they are very pleasant and do good work. We have not used any of their repair or alteration services so far, just dry cleaning. read more

I normally wouldn't even think to air out a dry cleaner's dirty laundry in a review. I would just take my lumps and try somewhere else. Unfortunately this business has dealt with us so dishonorably that remaining silent seemed like a violation of public duty. Having just moved to the area Eiman and Diamond cleaners were the second dry cleaning service we tried. The initial pick-up went well but the delivery time and date came and went without a peep from the store. We called and were told that our stuff has been ready for a week. Confusion regarding a new delivery time abounded but after 2 weeks our dry cleaning was finally returned... most of it... along with someone else's. When we called to arrange a return of the 2 shirts that did not belong to us and to retrieve the 2 that were missing Eiman insisted that the order was 100% correct and that we were mistaken. I would be very glad to have been mistaken since that would mean I could fit into shirts that would have been tight on me when I was 14. Despite this rather conclusive evidence Eiman and Diamond cleaners to this day has adamantly refused to acknowledge an error. They have also become progressively more beligerant and verbally aggressive whenever we attempt to resolve the matter rationally. They probably are very friendly if they don't lose your stuff. You'd better go in with a body guard and team of attorney's when they do screw up. Buyer Beware! read more

This dry cleaners has an account in husband's office and the laundry is picked up and delivered from there. Diamond Cleaners ruined a dress of mine and Iman, the manager, did not stand behind his policy of repaying the customer 10 times the amount of the dry cleaning (which is listed on the back of his receipts),or provide me with a new dress My dress was a designer dress and was completely ruined beyond repair. Iman was to leave me a check for damages at my husband's office and has yet to do that, even though he told me he would. He verbally badgered the store manager (of the store that I bought the dress from) and did all he could to NOT take care of the problem he created. He is rude, unprofessional and I would NEVER EVER send any dry cleaning to him again. Customer service would not be his strong suit and I would advise anyone who is thinking of taking your dry cleaning items to Diamond Cleaners to rethink this and go somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses in our Conejo Valley that will treat a customer the way a customer should be treated. With Iman at the helm, this dry cleaners doesn't stand a chance. read more
