The office is very nice, and despite my first visit being during the time of Covid, I felt cared for and safe through my visit. My hygienists' name was Devon, and she was an absolute delight. The doctor as well was professional yet friendly, and both answered my endless questions. There was hardly a wait, despite my appointment being at midday. Very hesitant to go see someone new; I had just gotten dental insurance back, so I figured it was time to take the leap. I walked in at 7AM and was greeted by Kathy who came out and shook my hand behind the desk. The dental hygienist (I cannot remember her name - the very blonde one) brought me back and said they tour new clients around and handed me a gift bag. Was I at a spa? This place is unreal how nice and pleasant everyone is! After getting my teeth cleaned and examined, Dr. K came in smiling ear to ear. He was so welcoming and shot some witty jokes out within the first 2 minutes of being there. He took his time with me and seemed to truly take an interest in our conversation. After a little while we were laughing about all his guitars on the wall and jamming along to Alanis Morrissette. Apparently he is in a few bands! Dr. K kept complimenting what great teeth I had, I think I said to him "Dr K, I feel like a rockstar!" at one point during the session. Even though he sent me home with several cavities that day, I went straight to work after and told everyone what a great dentist experience I just had. I ended up needing two cavity sessions within about a 2 week period. I was super nervous as I knowingly have a very low pain tolerance. Dr. K was so calming and assuring that if I felt ANY pain, to let him know. I went through the whole procedure with no pain! Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. K for first timers in the area that have been hesitant to find a new dentist. You will think you are at a spa for a moment! It's located right behind on the same side as the Dunkin' Donuts and up aways from the charging stations. There's plenty of free parking, and 2 handicapped spaces. 21st Century Dental is located on the 2nd floor. You can either take the stairs to the left or the elevator. Once upstairs the office is down the hall on the left.The office is decorated beautifully. Dr Friedman's wife Elaine runs the front desk, she and another staff member will check you in. I came in for a cleaning. My hygienist was Donna. She was very nice and thorough. She took a complete set of X-rays of my entire mouth. Donna then did a full cleaning. Dr Vitaly Friedman came in and checked everything. He is very nice. They decided on a plan for me. You can check with the office to see if they take your insurance. If you don't have insurance, they will also give you a price. You will have to go online and fill out the forms ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this office
