Two areas where they can improve are the number of postponed appointments (though I understand emergencies take priority) and the insurance side. I have found it necessary to get pre-certified for anything major in order to get the insurance dollar amount correct, without this it always seems that I'm paying as if I don't have insurance. However, that's a small price to pay for good dental care and you know you are covered that way.

I told them I did not want a deep cleaning and they were insistent that they will not treat me or see me if I do not accept a deep cleaning. This is a way for a dentist to get more money out of a patient. I would never go back to this place.

I can't even begin to tell you that every one in this office was so amazing and caring. I had a bad infection and the care and concern was exemplary. They had me come in the next few days to check on me. The other dentists in that practice gave me their cell number.
