I thought that I should get a second review by some other dentist so asked for the x-rays. They sent me a print out of x-ray on a piece of paper - which does not help much to any dentist for review. I called them up for at least 5-6 times for the x-ray and every time they said their computer is broken so they can't send the x-ray. I said how come you people are working when the computer is broken for last 2-3 weeks. To which they said everything else is working but the email. That's ludicrous!

In the past, I have always had a cleaning at the same appointment as the regular 6 month check up. Showed up 4 weeks later for the cleaning. It was very rushed , 15 minutes max, If you have a choice.
