Unfortunately I was not able to come in right away due to a medical emergency in the family. I came 3 months later The receptionists suck and are very rude. They proceed to tell me I owe them $3k. I corrected them and told them we had a plan in place but they told me that their billing policies had changed. There was no sign nor was their any documentation holding me to new policies. We came to an agreement and begin work on Part 1. Ran out of time, completed 1 root canal in 2 hours. They asked me to come back on a Saturday morning. I came back the following week. The receptionist asks for the rest of the payment. I laughed in her face and said Nope. You could tell her and her colleague were in shock. I explained the situation and I told the receptionist to check her notes, because she refused to give me anything in writing the first time I was there. Few moments later she found her notes. I was there for 5 hours on a second root canel. The technician made excuses, al the while I can hear the doctor working on two other patients. It was pretty much a 30 min wait between each xray and numbing shot. Was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. My family was very upset with me because we had activities planned in the afternoon. I even agreed to come in earlier to the practice to address my situation. The kicker was as I was leaving, another receptionist starts asking me about the billing. I point to her partner and say talk to her, she has the notes and I left. I was not going to play this game. I refuse to come back to this place. The doctors are the only good thing about this place, They are skillful, but if you ask them enough questions they act very cagey and will choose not to answer you. That's never a good sign The technicians are not very good. My first tehnician kept getting the suction stuck between my teeth. The second technician was cursing under his breath in spanish when the temporary crown wasnt fitting correctly. The receptionists are not very helpful, they have this stuck up attitude. But hey you treat people like garbage then expect to be treated that way in return.

Marta is a wonderful hygienist that puts 100% into her work, gentle, caring, & consistent. Dr. Al & Dr. Lauren are wonderful with the cavities I have had filled over the years. They say they're adding new services which will be exciting. I've been coming here since last year and I've really enjoyed my experience. They're on route 1 in north Brunswick near the CVS, next door to the UPS, in Commerce Plaza corner of 1 and Commerce Blvd. It doesn't look like anything from the outside (it's a strip mall in Jersey, not their fault) but the inside is always nice, clean and the staff truly cares. There are two ladies named Tara, one that's front desk and one that's finance. Both are amazing. So kind and so warm. Dental assistant Christina is great. I'll keep coming here and will update my review if anything changes.

Last week Dr. Molesphini extracted one of my teeth as part of the initial stage for implant or bridge installation (tbd a few months from now). The extraction itself went fine - quick and painless. However, before and during the procedure I was suffering from (unrelated) digestive distress, and throughout, I was literally jumping out of the seat every ten minutes or so to take care of what I needed to, there in the exam room. This turned into rather a mortifying experience for me. But throughout the entire time, Dr. M. as well as his assistant were fabulous. Patient, compassionate, and kind. I wanted to go through with the procedure though Dr. M. repeatedly (and wisely) asked me throughout if I wanted to continue. Kudos to him and his assistant that evening for turning a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me into one that was professionally and gracefully handled. I so much appreciate this. In 25 years of seeing both Dr. Molesphini and Dr. Chustckie, as well as many years seeing Debbie S. for my cleanings, I have been extremely pleased with their work and my outcomes. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. For the first time in my life my teeth were made numb on the first attempt. I have expressed my willingness to spend a lot of money to get my teeth to look like I don't work on a pirate ship, and they have only told me that we'll worry about that later. If they were grabbing for my money I'd have a basket full of brochures by now. And I know they aren't lying about my cavities because I saw the x-rays and it doesn't take an expert to know that teeth shouldn't look like Swiss cheese. All I know is that I've hated the dentist for 30 years and I love this one. Believe me, that speaks volumes for people who know me.

Well it has been over a year. when I was in 6 months ago the staff at the front desk commented under her breath "I guess he didnt need that crown" . about 2-3 years ago a different dentist from that office was doing a filling, and hurt me so badly I literally jumped out of the chair. I never saw him there again after that. I had a cleaning scheduled for next week. yesterday I got a voicemail reminder. today I got a text saying my insurance is not good there and that the charge for a cleaning is now $310. I text back and said is a cleaning really $310? They responded yes, and I responded to please cancel my appointment. I should have canceled this place a very long time ago.
