Well, the "warranty" is worthless because the hardware for the gates is poor quality and the gate are all sagging and hard to open. I have send numerous messages and cannot get a return call or text. Now that my bill is paid in full the warranty is a useless guarantee. The install took a great deal longer than promised and several times the crew was supposed to come out and wouldn't show. The manager made this right by deducting some off the final balance but I can't close my gate from the inside. I am going to have to take this to small claims court apparently to get some action. Concerned I will void any "warranty" by installing new hardware or handles to be able to even close the front gate so I am basically stuck. Very unhappy.

We hired Lazy S to install a 3 level split rail fencing around our very large garden and they did a fantastic job. Just this week, Nathan came out and extended it for us. These guys are pros. Very poor quality materials. Security gates have been nothing but trouble. Had to call for repairs…read moreseveral times. They did NOT use any lock washers on Any of the rollers of gates. Nuts keep falling off and gates fall off. Marcus came out to rebels the gates that fell apart. But refused to put lock washers on and now REFUSES to answer calls to them. Wasted $5000.00. Avoid them!!

I counted the next day and notifed them as i picked them up close to closing time and bring rushed out so the salesman could get to the bank. Fast forward a month later the salesman i discussed with was out for 2 weeks... prior to his leaving he said he would take care of this. Now the owner says i signed for 34 and i cant get my money back even though i notified them the next day there was no record of that call to the salesman, even though the salesman backs this up... Im out $266. This is the Hermiston branch
