My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you.

They do not communicate with you regarding scheduling, they either don't show up on time or not at all, leaving you to waste a whole day waiting for them, as they do not reply to calls majority of the time. The only time Ive heard back from them is when I was requesting services online and he reached out because he forgot who we were and then STOOD US UP AGAIN and only got back to me when I reached because I told him to not bother showing up and would leave a bad review for his business. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Three strikes you're out.

They sent someone out that week and he diagnosed the disconnected ground wire quickly and fixed it just as quickly. He then went the extra mile and ran the system and identified five broken sprinklers. I like to think it was due to frost heaving, but it was likely my errant winter driving on the edges of the snow covered lawn. After getting approval he dug them up, replaced the broken parts and put everything back in place. All problems fixed and I didn't have to make four trips to Home Depot trying to fix it myself the next weekend. Just got the bill in the mail--thought it was a fair price for the time spent and service provided. I highly recommend Smith Brothers Landscaping.
