I could never get them to complete and send me a completed bid and a W-9 so I could get reimbursed. He kept making excuses for 3 weeks. Really disappointing company. I don't recommend for anybody. read more

I went with the vinyl fencing over the cedar because it was only about $800 more and had a lifetime warranty. Well, the "warranty" is worthless because the hardware for the gates is poor quality and the gate are all sagging and hard to open. I have send numerous messages and cannot get a return call or text. Now that my bill is paid in full the warranty is a useless guarantee. The install took a great deal longer than promised and several times the crew was supposed to come out and wouldn't show. The manager made this right by deducting some off the final balance but I can't close my gate from the inside. I am going to have to take this to small claims court apparently to get some action. Concerned I will void any "warranty" by installing new hardware or handles to be able to even close the front gate so I am basically stuck. Very unhappy. read more

Tyler was super friendly and easy to work with. Honest & fair quote, creative ideas to get us exactly what we were hoping for with our yard layout. Awesome idea to put the black wire fencing against the 3-rail vinyl to keep our little dogs in and the other dogs out--you can hardly tell it's there until you're up close! The guys were super friendly, worked hard in the summer heat, and cleaned up after the job; Tyler was more than willing to fix some small issues that arose during construction. We are very pleased with our new fence, thank you Tyler and Priority One! :) read more

Honestly if I could give no stars I would... they were late or no show for every appointment they never returned my phone calls. they mis quoted me, then attempted to install the wrong fence. Once the fence was finally up the spacing and board lengths were inconsistent and they had left my house pillars damaged where they had installed the wrong fencing leaving decent sized holes which I had to fill and paint over(buying my own supplies and having to paint match).after that I asked why they hadn't stained it like I asked for originally and was told it wasn't even in my quote. They attempted to make it right by staining the fence for "free" but after slopping stain all over my pillars I was again forced to paint over there less than acceptable work. They then give me a final invoice stating what I owed them. I paid it and then was told that there was a typo and they needed more money. After asking for a discount for the continuously bad service the owner himself claimed that the stain was the discount. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! read more
