Sparkly came up high-rated on Yelp so we decided to give them a go, and are happy we did! Booking the service was seamless! Both Crystal and Vanessa were very responsive to my emails and flexible with a small, last-minute changes I needed to make in terms of date/timing and entry instructions. It was easy and clear what each of the cleaning options where, as well as the additions you could choose. We added on cleaning inside the fridge and cabinets, which was totally worth it. The cleaners arrived on time and let themselves in via the lock box we left for them. When we returned to see how the cleaning went, we were very pleased! Everything felt so fresh - just what we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

I thought I had booked a detailed cleaning that included disinfecting surfaces. Instead, they used a Swiffer duster and a dry rag, and I was told afterward that they don't do wet cleaning. I may have missed that when booking because I needed someone quickly. I had explained that my mom was coming home from the hospital and that I wanted the floors, bathrooms, and her bedroom...including the ceiling fan and walls cleaned thoroughly to help reduce the risk of infection. Seeing the ceiling fan dusted above her bed worried me because dust could fall onto it. The trash can in the bathroom was not emptied. Dust was left on my mother's bed from the ceiling fan, not cool. They did not clean under anything, they cleaned around things. If you're considering this service, be aware that it appears to focus on dusting and vacuuming rather than the detailed cleaning or disinfection I was looking for. Unfortunately, nothing was left feeling particularly "sparkly" to me.

While we already had Bella Shine as the interior cleaner to do the finishing touches on the house, we reached back out to them with how awful the painter did (with pictures). We agreed and executed a small change order and Bella Shine did an amazing job on the house, preparing it for sale on the market. Both I and my real estate agent thought the price was fair and reasonable. Bella Shine requested additional time to complete the cleaning job, but unfortunately I was not able to grant that additional time as a professional photographer was coming in. Instead of complaining, Bella Shine brought in an extra worker, started earlier, and there was zero conflict with the photographer. Amazing job, Bella Shine! Bella Shine gave me an fabulous experience compared to some of the other contractors that I hired remotely. Highly recommended!

I would NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. things I was quoted on when first calling that weren't done: never touched the cupboards, just wiped down the 6ft of counter, did little if any wiping down of walls, windows were washed after they requested we take the screens off to save time, a neighbor came back, washed down the trim and sills and vacuumed the curtains before putting screens back on, ceiling fans weren't touched, mopboards weren't done, there are still BIG cobwebs in the corners by the table, they refused to do the walk in tub because of mold. It was actually bad soap scum and the neighbor cleaned it for them ( took 1/2 hr) shower rod was thick with dust and cobwebs, sink wasn't cleaned and I doubt if they did the toilet. I don't think they moved a thing, just dusted around it. When I said I would never hire them again, they said they would reduce the price. I agreed with $250, down from the $450 quote. when it was settled they contacted me and asked to change my review, which is why they have high reviews
