My parents and I are amazed at the quality of their work. The house was absolutely sparkling at the end of the day (it took over 9 hours!!!). They took direction very well, and paid so much attention to the details, which has not been my experience among house cleaners, sadly. I also appreciated James' communication leading up to cleaning day. He walked through the house with me ahead of time to fully understand the scope, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was great at communicating over text, and showed up promptly on cleaning day. It took way longer than anticipated due to the stubbornness of the grime, but the guys took it in stride and refused to leave until the job was done. We will definitely be calling Confident Cleanings again, and will be referring them to others.

I had been using Pink Sponge since they were Melania's Cleaning, so I was a loyal customer for…read moreseveral years. Overall, my experience was okay--not terrible, but not exceptional either. The main reason I decided to stop using their services was a significant price increase of about $200, which I found difficult to justify. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost. I'm giving Pink Sponge 3 stars because the customer service was consistently good, and when the cleaning was done well, it was excellent. However, the inconsistent quality combined with the higher pricing made it difficult for me to continue as a customer.

She was 3 hours late to the appointment time. I schedule a deep cleaning with her and gave her a list of some things to not miss/focus on. She ran late finishing by herself and told me if I see anything during the day to let her know so she will come back. I said ok and paid. Tomorrow morning I look through the house and it's horrible for a deep cleaning. Dirty everywhere. I messaged her immediately about did you atleast vacuum downstairs and instead of sticking to what she said about taking care of anything she missed, she started saying she only would do what's on the list. I'm pretty sure a deep cleaning includes vacuuming and wipe downs and basic cleaning ect. Regardless she started attacking me about none of vacuuming ect downstairs is part of deep cleaning and just took the money a ran. Does not stand behind her work. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I PAID CLOSE TO 400 for this and there were plenty others with a team to clean at that price. NEVER AGAIN.

This team is by far the best choice, and I have used multiple cleaning services over the years, it does not get better than this. Maricela and her team are absolutely amazing. Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and how happy I am with their work. Extremely respectful to anything and everything they touched, everything is shining squeaky clean and smells fantastic, and best part? My cat loves them. Animals know something we humans don't and my cat was a happy camper. I cannot recommend this team and company enough. I almost don't want to write a review so I can keep them exclusive, but they're so great I have to share. Book them! You won't regret it! Also, I sent requests and inquiries through Yelp's project function. Other people were either more expensive, or flakey. I literally had another company (very well reviewed too) tell me they had booked me for Monday morning at 9am, just for them to forget about me. Not these guys, Maricela's team was very easy to communicate with and quick on the response for calls and texts. Truly unbelievable and what a great experience. Thank you so much Maricela's and team! Edit: after reading the 1 star reviews, just gonna put this out there: There are some spiteful and angry people out there. If people buy fake reviews, it certainly isn't this team. Probably some of the "higher rated" guys that are sound salesy and "closers" on the phone. I thought that guy was going to be solid, nope. I'm not a fake review. Here's my happy cat to prove it.

I had high hopes due to their amazing…read morereviews, but I really should've listened to the one bad review they have since my experience is similar. I called on a Friday to inquire about cleaning services then confirmed over text a Monday at 3pm appointment. She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. And as to Maricela's response, you should've communicated to me that you weren't able to come, which you did not today. Proof in the screenshots. I am empathetic to your situation, but don't say you can do something you can't.
