Jose- the manager HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME- a patient after he claimed I was giving him attitiude over the phone. He failed to provide me a work letter I called for at 12noon. I needed to call back after 4pm, and in this case, I spoke with Ilene, who was not willing to give me his name either. Upon wanting to write a complaint in office, Jose was disgustingly dismissive and lied stating that there is a call center-Jose himself picked up the phone. When I asked for his last name, he would not provide it. When I asked for the doctor's first name, he pushed back again and asked why I needed that information. When I stated that his name was public information, his response was "okay then, check on Google." My primary goal now is to ensure Jose no longer works here OR in healthcare. As a Medical Assistant who has worked in many organization and many states, I have NEVER in my life experienced such SUBPAR, VILE behavior from a MANAGER, nor have I given an attitude to a PATIENT!!!!!! These are the type of people who make your business look TERRIBLE! If I were them, I would FIRE HIM! She came up with a treatment plan. I was scared and upset when I first came in because I was told I needed a ton of work, she not only put my mind at ease but saved me thousands. Every time I see her she answers all my questions and always puts my mind at ease. She is so gentle. My one grip with her is she is a little OCD, but I guess you'd want that in a dentist, she wants her work to be as flawless as possible so I can't really complain even though these are some long appointments! But she will keep you entertained :)

Believe it or not, I've been seeing Dr. Otto for God knows how long. I've stayed with him all this…read moretime because his work is so damn good. Even when I was between different job positions, different dental plans and Dr Otto wasn't within my network, I waited- until my next dental plan did list him as my in-network dentist. Staff is always excellent, from the dental hygienist- Euris to the receptionist Daisy to Dr. Otto's Assistant- who's name escapes me- down to his wife-who always takes care of billing. Dr. Otto is a wonder. Always left out of here content with the few dental procedures I've gotten. He's a sharp shooter but with a cool sense of humor and will let me know what needs to be done and how to maintain my choppers. I don't know why I used to have this weird thought of walking into a dingy office and crummy tools. Not here! His office is inviting, rooms are pleasant and everything is spic and span. And what tops it- every time you visit, he'd have a real cool music playlist going: from Merengue to even Coldplay to Worldly music. Love! Really like the expertise he's been bringing this long.
