Terrible customer service. The women at the bar are miserable and just reek terrible energy.

The staff here is unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. My friends and I were looking for something fun to do together and hadn't seen each other in a long time, so we were very excited to go try some pool. But, from the moment we walked in the staff was very rude, dismissive, ignored our questions, glared at us, etc. It is very clear that the only people welcome here are those who are extremely serious about and already experienced in pool. If you are looking to have some casual fun, hang out with some friends, grab a drink, etc this is not the place for you. I would strongly recommend you take your money elsewhere and support a small business that actually appreciates and cares about their customers. We came at opening and it wasn't open on time. Tried to play pool,but employee said we were not allowed to play game we wanted his rules,his way. Then tried to get a drink but was ignored while he was at jukebox singing. Walked in 8-27 , Gentlemen at the counter was really quite, spent lot of time on his phone, it was my buddy 1st time there, I kind of just wanted to have a quick soda, and show him, possible spot for us to come back and shoot, We ordered 3 items of the food menu, and when the quite straight to the point employee went to ring it up, my buddy who is mid 60's asked for the military discount after noticing a sign posted, but Employee stated " that was only for play time on the tables, which is fine .so how do you have a MILITARY DISCOUNT only apply on certain things, (pick n choose) just didn't make sense.. also father and son putting $ in the basket ball game, wasn't functioning for whatever reason, father asked same employee about it, " stated" I have no idea on that... Don't ever go to this place the manager whoever was running the joint at night. The lady was rude. Horrible customer service. I told her I have a medical condition. I have to drink lots of water. I have kidney problems and literally accuse me of lying. I would spend no money with these people. The place is really gone the shit anyways for what I can tell I used to play there all the time, but it's freaking dump now. We came in on Veterans Day, not that we were expecting anything for free but we did ask about a military discount. The people were straight up RUDE. Worst customer service ever. We were just trying to celebrate my sister who doesn't visit us very often as she is active duty and lives states away. We immediately were greeted with dirty looks, probably because we're Hispanic. The lady basically barked at us every time we had an interaction. Don't come here if you're a person of color, they'll treat you like crap. read more

The billiard hall was fairly nice although like most public playing tables, they could use some new felt here and there and the ques available for use were warped but had decent tips on them. I don't like to take my own que when I'm drinking because it tends to get left behind so decent tips on pub ques us important to me. I'll adjust my game for the bend in the ques that comes naturally from patrons that like to lean on them between shots. The wood used is soft so unless it's brand new you will be ha rd pressed to find one that isn't slightly off center. The employee working at the bar was absolutely the rudest woman I've met since moving here from Kentucky eight months ago. I felt like I was irritating her by asking for a drink and she had a wise ass condescending tone when I asked about switching to a smaller table than the one they offer for the woman's day special. I understand that I was playing for free on the larger more undesirable table because of the woman's day special. It's what brought me into the place but i didn't mind paying for the better table because i am looking for a place to play on a regular basis and wanted to get a feel of what they had to offer. After asking a couple of questions and her disrespectful, better than thee aditude i chose not to give a dime to this establishment past what i had put in the juke box already . I collected the balls, took them to Rudy McNasty at the front counter, and took my money up the street where I gladly spent two hundred dollars on food, drinks, and a table as well as the $50 tip I was saving for the next hard working, polite service I received. She cost the owner of the pool hall 150.00 plus my weekly business which can easily be the same amount. I'm not hard to get along with so I'm guessing this isn't an isolated incident where two people clashed so as a business owner it would be unacceptable for an employee to run off customers that I paid good money advertising to bring into my place to start with. It begins with a free game of pool o. Tuesday and should end with a 100.oo tab when they come back and bring their friends with their money and the income possibilities of one person is endless. She cost them more than she has the intelligence to realize. So i gave them 3 stars becausei work hard all week to pay for a fun relaxing time with the money i earn but it was clean, spacious, andreasonably priced. read more

Alright, so I'm no stranger to this place. My boyfriend and I came here fairly often and we normally have a good time, except for our last visit on Saturday. My boyfriend's license had expired. I don't know the name of the chick who served us, but it was the young blonde one who's normally always behind the bar- she told our group that my boyfriend couldn't buy alcohol, but it was okay for him to consume it, so we were like, "Cool, sounds good". She filled our friend's pitcher and handed him two glasses- one for our friend and one for my dude. Less than ten minutes after we started our game, one of the security guys cards my dude and said he was good to drink. Then the blonde chick storms out of nowhere says "No, his license is expired" and confiscates my boyfriend's and our friend's cups and practically full pitcher. This wouldn't have left such a bad taste in my mouth if the blonde chick had just said something along the lines of "Sorry, we can't serve you beer and to keep us covered, could you please not drink while in this establishment" rather than say one thing, bitch out and then treat us as if we did something wrong when she gave us the ok in the first place. read more

I've never even played pool before but I was taken to this place for a game and for my first experience, it was quite lovely. The food was great as well as the staff, they were super easy to approach and very kind. Not only do they have all the pool tables, they got a few things on the side like an electronic jukebox which was sweet. And not sure if this is common but it wasn't crowded or anything which gave the place a chill atmosphere, where I guess you would expect from a place you play pool at. It was overall a fun time for me and my friends and I'd definitely return. If you're looking for a spot to play pool with your friends, this is a sweet place. read more

We recently purchased a pool table from a buyer on Craigslist and paid Tim and his partner from Diamond Billiards to move it. It was a difficult move for them involving a lot of stairs and maneuvering and it took them quite a bit longer to complete due to these elements, in addition to travelling quite a way from the seller's house. Their price was fair and Tim didn't charge me extra for the additional time it took them. They did a good job with the move and setup and I felt like Tim was honest and trustworthy. The woman working behind the counter (receipt said Sarah) was very rude the moment my group walked into the door. We are a group of courteous people who make it a point to be kind and respectful of bar staff etc who were just getting out to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was so unwarranted just how rude this woman was that it was shocking. I'm still in disbelief the amount of attitude she had when talking to any of us. She rolled her eyes when asking about beer selection, was snappy when telling us she doesnt open tabs for guests, and gave us a lecture on how we should walk up and order on the right side of the bar and never the left. I have worked as a bartender and it is their job to open their eyes and see if people are standing on the other side of the bar (it was not even busy). This woman should not be working in a customer service position and she's lucky were easy going people because I could see some rowdy customers losing their mind over her level of rudeness. read more

The customer service from Tim and his team was amazing, the cost of the table was more than fair, and the time in which they installed the table was more than I could have expected, and the cost of our personal cues was great as well! Relaxed atmosphere to hang out, play, drink and have a good time. Very spacious. It was my first time and I felt pretty comfortable. Security is very observant which I appreciate. Lots of food and drink options at the bar. Free water. Well maintained tables and plenty of them. I just wish the music was a little louder. Worst customer service I have received in awhile. I will not be returning to this place

Came here on a Friday Night with a group of friends at around 7:30 and we were the second group there. We ended up getting two tables for a total of eight people where we played two on two tournament style. Stayed there for about a couple of hours (they charge hourly after you leave with them you ID) and only had to pay $4.50 per person. Not bad at all in my opinion. The air of the place did get stuffy and full of fry smell from all the food they were making as more and more people showed up to where every table was full. It was interesting to observe the type of people that would be there. Young and old, married and dating, family and friends. There was a good mix of people there and not a ton of alcohol which was nice. The room had various TV mounted to the center walls with baseball and different sports games that were going on at the time and not just the same game across all of them. The place was clean and my friends didn't mention anything about the restrooms when they went in there so it must have been decent. All-in-all: this place is really neat and super cheap + fun place to go hang out for the evening. read more

Haven't been here in about 4 years , Friday evening allot of people having a great time played for a couple hours table was nice beer was excellent modelo negro ice cold staff was friendly prices were good and had Mat put a new tip on my cue at a great price will be in a more had a good time also FYI avoid table #10 it is the worst lit table in the house very dim easy easy fix just new bulbs do it already . If you own a good cue stay away from the back of the room pool tables the bar tables along the back wall are too big and on corner shots you will hit the butt of your cue against them so be aware need to replace with smaller tables half circle to create more space along the tables. read more

The staff wasn't all that friendly however I liked the atmosphere and pricing. Some of the pool tables are $1.50 per game flat rate and others are hourly pricing which was still cheap. Every night they have different promos too. They have good beers on tap which ranged from $3-4 a beer. Not bad! I will definitely come here again if I'm in the area read more

The staff are very reasonable and the environment is amazing. The only minor downside is a friend who I was with used a dollar to request a song on the machine and the song didn't play. This place has any table you need. From 9ft, 8ft and 7ft. To 9ft table 19 with the smaller pockets. THAT table will make anyone better with practice. The food is not the best so I wouldn't suggest dinner there. But they have some munchies if you get hungry. The staff is super nice and will pause your time if you need a break. Diamond Billiards was pretty cool. There are plenty of tables so we got to walk right in to play, and all of the tables we were using were in good shape. The stock cues worked fine too, so it was fun! Prices are pretty low and there is parking right in front which is nice. I wouldn't really say this is a family fun kind of place, considering it's a pool hall, but if you're over like 16 you'll enjoy it. Just be mindful that a lot of the people there to play don't want guests who will scream, yell, and be obnoxious. Just be mindful of the other players, and have a good time! read more

Yeah it is a pool hall. Good place to hang out, lots of tables, plus a bar with food items. Plus if you get there during the day, they have there shop open that you can buy supplies. Alot of tables and plenty of room at each one to play comfortably. The restroom needs some cleaning, it's pretty gross. The beer prices are decent, a little cheaper than at a bar. Haven't had the food, but have heard it's okay with the beer. They have music, but it's one of those machines you need to pay to play and they're very expensive (a dollar for each song). so i went there today with my two best friends and my cousin who is visiting here from mexico. he has been here for about 2 weeks and we wanted to take him to play pool since that's his fav past time. we brought him here and they have a jume box so we paid to put on music. we chose spanish music since my cousin speaks only spanish and we are all mexican. some yt guys and a girl paid to prioritize a new song which isn't a problem however they started mocking us and making donkey noises around us. as we were there we kept getting nasty looks. later on we bought 2 alcoholic beverages and showed IDs for them. i offered a sip to my cousin since he had never tried it and immediately they came to ask for his ID. no problem there. i informed the staff person that he isn't from here and doesn't speak english so i translated. before i could finish this man confiscated both my friends and my drinks. if you are a person of color don't go please. it's not a good business to support. read more
