I was worried about money but knew I would have to suck it up and figure it out, but this literally just made my day. I will definitely be going back when I actually need new tires. We had a clerical error that I didn't catch and signed off on, however Hexco still honored their price even when they didn't have to. Brady was low key, low pressure and not a pushy salesman at all. When it came to the dreaded Finance part, not only was Michael NOT force feeding warranty adders down our throats, he blew the interest rate out of the water from 3 other dealers we talked to. It was the most laid back transaction we have ever done. Cut to a few weeks later right before a big trip we planned with a campsite on the water, we had issues with the boat that were no fault of the Dealer's. Emily in Service was amazing and they got me in right away and when they couldn't fix it immediately, they offered me to take their demo boat to not ruin the trip. THIS is customer service and that is how you treat a customer. Even the Service dude was awesome when he came out to explain what was going on with the boat. 10/10 would recommend, they now have a customer for life.

My appointment was for 1pm. My car wasn't moved from where I parked it until 1:25. I thought once they had my car in the garage and had a look at it that they would come out to the waiting room to give me my options. Instead, they installed a $254 battery; they thought this was ok for a 20yo car. There was no communication with me regarding anything until 2:45 when Brian came to the waiting room to inform me of $2000 worth of work that my car needed, which included $761 for 2 rear struts. I never asked for a full car inspection. I thought I would not be able to leave, but I was informed the battery was not yet installed. I didn't get out of there until 4 pm. Once I arrived home I took a closer look at my receipt and saw that I was billed $85 for a "charging system test" which I did not ask for, nor was it necessary. I then looked under the hood and saw that even though they had my car for 3 hours, they couldn't take a minute to do a courtesy top-off to the power steering fluid and brake fluid, but instead left them at below the low mark. The AAA battery they installed had a black date sticker of 6/24; a one-year old battery.

Absolutely Outstanding Service at Dante Auto! - My Fuel Issue Fixed Fast and Fair!…read more From the moment I limped my sputtering vehicle into Dante Auto in Oshkosh, I knew I was in good hands. I was experiencing a frustrating fuel issue that was making my daily commute a nightmare, and honestly, I was bracing myself for a lengthy repair and a hefty bill. Instead, I received nothing short of five-star service that truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff at Dante Auto were immediately welcoming and attentive. They listened carefully as I described the symptoms my car was exhibiting, and they got it into the shop incredibly quickly. I was kept informed throughout the diagnostic process, and within a reasonable timeframe, they had pinpointed the problem. What truly impressed me was the mechanic who took the time to explain everything to me in clear, easy-to-understand language. He didn't just tell me what was wrong; he showed me and explained the potential causes and the necessary steps for the repair. This level of transparency was incredibly reassuring and made me feel confident in their expertise. He even broke down the cost of the parts and labor beforehand, so there were absolutely no surprises when it came time to pay. Speaking of the bill, I was absolutely thrilled with the final price. Considering the speed and efficiency of the repair, and the thoroughness of the service, the cost was exceptionally fair - truly a breath of fresh air compared to some of the horror stories I've heard about auto repairs. To have my fuel issue resolved completely and correctly, all in the same day, for such a reasonable price is simply fantastic. It's not just about the quick fix and the fair price, though. The genuine care and professionalism displayed by everyone at Dante Auto were remarkable. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions patiently, and made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly pleasant. If you're in the Oshkosh area and experiencing any car trouble, I wholeheartedly recommend Dante Auto. They are honest, reliable, and provide top-notch service with a personal touch. They've definitely earned my trust and will be my go-to auto repair shop from now on. Thank you to the entire team at Dante Auto for getting me back on the road quickly and affordably! You've truly earned this five-star review and my sincere gratitude.
