First they will give you low estimate to get your car fixed…read more Than after you bring you car in and they strip it and start working on it they will ask for additional costs. If you ask questions about the additional charges they will start acting violent against you fretting yelling and make you regret that moment you stped in to this body shop. And in addition they will refuse to work on the car if you not agree for the additional charges. I end up calling the police just so I can take my car out of this place. Definitely the Worst business I ever walked into!

i have taken my car to kraftsman for several repairs - once when another car hit me and insurance…read morepaid the claim and once when i caused damage to my car. i have had several estimates. they charge nothing for an estimate, which i appreciate. their work is of high quality and the staff take pride in their work. unlike another collision company which my texas based insurance company chose, which is nationwide, they are owned locally. most recently gabe gave me an estimate. he was quick, thorough, and very professional. i cannot praise him and his company highly enough. i would recommend kraftsman for any personal vehicle body work - whether you or the insurance company are paying. they are not cheap. no one in hawaii is. but their quality is dependable and i think they are honest. a company that is characterized by integrity and competence - a good company to do business with.

I have the unfortunate burden of informing the public that these guys are Crooks…read more We needed the shocks rebuilt for our truck and when my 81 year father brought it to Jeff, he was talked into ordering new shocks for $4500.00 ! Then Jeff strung him along for over 9 months with many excuses as to why the shocks had not arrived, then parts were missing or on back-order, etc. I finally went to pick up the truck and asked Jeff to just put the shocks we had purchased into the trunk as I was not going to take any more excuses and go elsewhere. First, he claimed the shocks were in trunk (which was empty) and tried to tell me someone must have taken them. Then he came out and tried to give me a 5 year old set of used, scratched up shocks. Then he finally said he does not have them! Jeff has made no attempt to refund the money or make good in any way on these criminal acts. If you are planning on doing business with these guys, I hope you have read this and run to a different option...
