We were at the point of giving up on finding my daughter a car but then I decided to reach out to Ashley at Romeo Chevy. They had the exact Jeep we were looking for and in the color we wanted. When asked about their fees Ashley said all they have is a $75 fee. So we decided to make the 2.5 hour drive to see what they had. Test drove the Jeep and a Ford Escape loved them both and my daughter picked the Compass. Sat with the business manager finalized the deal again no hidden fees. Since we were financing through our own bank we were going to have to come back to pick up the car. Ashley volunteered to deliver the car to us. She took that 2.5 hour drive and Romeo Chevy sent an additional car to ensure she had a ride back. Talk about going above and beyond. Will give them all my business going forward. Checked back in 45 minutes later and still no vehicle, I was told it's on the way and hes 10 minutes out. Checked back in still no vehicle, go the run around from Chad for two hours and finally left. Next day my son called to view the truck and they assured him it was there. When he arrived they tried to push another vehicle on him and after an hour run around they told him the truck the had listed sold back in March. Wasted 2 hour round trip to see a vehicle the listed that they didn't even own anymore. Chad needs to be honest and upfront. This place is why care salesman get called "dirty care salesman". They never recommend services that I don't need, and if I have questions they take the time to show me the answers respectfully. Also I really appreciate their new service acknowledgement system. I can agree by text or call if I have questions. Super easy, convenient & technologically impressive.
