Which is very inconvenient because I own a business and it is much more convenient at times to have the option. I can't say enough fabulous things about DialNet but I'm gonna try. Ingenious. Knowledgeable. Sincere. Dependable. Great prices! And that's just repairs. They also sell phones and accessories. They once soldered a micro-usb port that pulled out of my phone. They kept my beloved Blackberry 9930 alive by installing a new keyboard! (And were one of the few techs who were familiar with and admired the Blackberry OS.) And now I realllllly needed their hand-holding! I had upgraded to the android Blackberry Key2 but feared all the years of contacts, documents, photos and links might not be transferable. At least not in any way that was decipherable. I was sent here by a friend who works in the cell phone industry. He told me they were certified. My iPhone 6+ screen was shattered. They quoted me a "low" price of 99.99$. It didn't take long at all. When I got the phone back, it was a cheap 3rd party replacement... and I was told "You'll have to get used to it." The white balance was off and the menus were unreadable. I called Apple and they have a list of Apple-certified locations, needless to say this is not one of them. I walked back in very mad and said my screen is still broken. We went back and forth and for 30$ more, because "the part costs more" I was out the door at over 150$ for a 3rd party screen fix, that Apple would have done for 79$ or even less with Apple care. And if i get the wrong apple technician have no voided my warranty. My gut told me it was a bad place, and you'll get the same vibe. Phones from 2007 and earlier years. TERRIBLE. Do not go here. They will use after market products that don't fit the iPhone. My screen had a yellow tint to it and an error message that won't go away saying there is a non Apple part being used that may affect the performance. The screen was protruding out and didn't even fit the iPhone. I was not able to trade in or sell my iPhone 11pro after they worked on it, and was told multiple lies about how the error message will go away etc etc etc And to top it off they refused a refund. Peter fixed my sister's iPhone 6 which had fallen into the loop of restating and showing the apple logo over & over and over again until the battery would die and then when we'd charge it and experience nothing different. First I went to Verizon Then I went to the Apple Store Then to a third party MAC store and then DIALNET!!! My sister wanted all the information on her phone back. Everybody told me there's no hope to get the information back, but hey Peter at DIALNET retrieved e v e r y t h i n g! In the beginning he did tell me that it may not possible to get all my stuff back, but he said he'll try his best and he absolutely did! I'm so happy I got to this place. He knows what he's doing and he has a very professional attitude about it. He said it'll take an hour and it took an hour. The cost wasn't crazy although at first I was like "oh darn it". I paid $65. I even changed the screen protector to both of our phones (each for $10). The only kinda not so positive thing that I will mention for the purpose of bettering them is that the Filipino young lady who is the cashier and installed the screen protectors is too strict and I would say not outgoing. She did a fabulous job in installing the screen protectors but she does not have the professional attitude and the respect that Peter has for his customers. Anyways, absolutely go to DailNet if your iphone has fallen into the Apple logo loop and get your data retrieved for 65 bucks or if you don't care about retrieving your data then go to the Apple Store to have your iphone RESTORED for no cost, FREE! The guy I dealt with was totally shady and wouldn't tell me anything about my phone or how/if they could possibly fix it. What he did tell me was that I needed to leave it there with him and that if he could fix it he'd get back to me in the morning with a price. Ok, so I found this place and yelp and got my Iphone 4 screen replaced at this business. The employees were friendly except one thing. I drove two hours to get to this store and when I got home I noticed a dead pixel on top of my screen plus I seen little thin pink lines on my screen. NOT COOL. Another negative thing I noticed was when I compared my iPhone with my boyfriends phone..mines had this ugly yellow tint! I didn't have the time to drive all the way back over there so instead I went to the Apple store and told them about the dead pixel and they replaced me with a new phone for FREE =) Don't go here because they probably gave me a cheap china glass that was old. I've been bringing my Blackberries to Dialnet for going on 8 years now - they are THE best!! These guys are the only ones I trust with my BlackBerry. So my woes with my BlackBerry are well known, the bloody trackball is a piece of shit that breaks down if you fart in it's general direction. After months of suffering and only being able to scroll up and down, not left to right which basically robbed me of 60% of the functionality, I decided to get it fixed. Would AT&T fix it for a reasonable fee given that it was only a few months out of warranty? Would they buggery! $200 was what they wanted, which is taking the piss. Luckily a great chap decided to point me in the direction of Dialnet, and 30 mins and 39.99 later, my 'Berry is back and I am a man with a new lease of mobile life! They unlock phones, fix phones, sell accessories and get the job done so quickly. I brought my iPhone 5s here to have the battery replaced. Then, for not holding a charge. Each time I came in, I was taken care of promptly. The battery worked fine, but after the second repair, I had to take it in two more times for the same issue. The good thing is that they offer a 30-day warranty on all their work. Currently, my iPhone sometimes won't hold a charge and I have to turn it off and on about three times to get it to work. My 30-day warranty period is over :( read more

I dropped my Samsung Reclaim and the LCD screen broke- They said they had to order the part and it would cost $80-- The place by my house was going to charge me $150!!! I asked them how much it would be to get a new used phone instead- I wasn't going to leave until I had a working phone in my hand. Their used phones were all in good-working condition, and priced anywhere from $60-$80- and that was for a full-keyboard/touch screen phone-- Other places charge way more, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy. They called sprint and activated my phone for me-- They even bought a few of my old cell phones that I brought in. So after selling my phones (two at $10 credit each-- They were REALLY old), and activating my new Lotus phone that I bought from them, my total came to $50 and change. Both people that helped me were EXTREMELY patient- I kept wanting to see all the different phones and I kept asking questions about stuff. Their customer service is outstanding, and I will recommend this place to everyone. They do not have an attitude, and I didn't feel tricked or scammed at all-- A lot of hole in the wall cell phone places are pretty shady... Keep in mind: The wait in this store is long, but it's worth it. Lots of people come here for service. If you are impatient, bring a book or an iPod or something-- Don't complain, because everyone else is waiting too and they really are trying their best to serve all customers equally. read more

Disappointed with these guys so far. I was funneled to them by the AT&T guys who raved that they could switch my battery for $65 super quick, within the hour. I get there and the guy pumps me up saying they can do the battery for $40 and that it would be ready first thing next morning. The next day, no one calls, so I call at 2 pm and the guy says the price is jacked up to $85 and it wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. Feels like a sketchy car repair shop. TBC.... Update #1- The owner called me this afternoon, explained why the phone took so much longer than originally promised and why the cost went up. Not having seen my phone yet, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I guess in the future I'd appreciate a more accurate time/cost estimate and better customer service. read more

This place is the BEST. EVER. And I'm in love with them. They unlocked my phone in 30 minutes so I could use it on my network, they put my sim in and configured my phone for my network in 2 seconds, then they sold me a gorgeous purple rubber cover for less than $20, the front desk ladies were personable and answered all of my questions about my phone, and I would go back again... in a second! It was pretty busy at about 1:30 in the afternoon, but I didn't mind waiting. Other people did, so if you are "other people", don't go on your lunch hour. read more

The worst decision ever. They originally said the price was under 300 for fixing my screen which is already expensive. In the end, I had to pay 325! Rip off! The problem is though, I don't know my way around the area and I need my phone to get back. They wouldn't lower the price. I also thought it was just the screen that needed to be fixed but they told me that it was also the camera. I told them in the beginning that I mainly need the camera to work which is why I need the screen fixed. In the end, no camera working and my screen still had a scratch! Unbelievable. I have to give it to Dialnet, they are really good at what they do, and that's fixing cell phones. On two occasions this year I brought them a broken iPhone 5c. The first time there was some liquid damage to the LED screen and they were able to fix it in a couple of hours. They really saved me at a time when everything was going wrong. Another occasion I brought them a broken glass screen and damaged LED....it took them only an hour to completely replace it all....awesome! That time they saved my Thanksgiving. The third and last time I brought them my phone this year was right before leaving for Christmas vacation. This time it was severe liquid damage. It took them 3 days to try to recover it and they couldn't. It was a bummer, but the employees were nice about it and kept in relatively good contact with me. It cost me $15 for them to check it out. If they could have saved my phone, the $15 would have been applied to the total cost of repair. Even though they are not miracle workers, I'm definitely keeping Dialnet in my back pocket in case of a rainy day. My New Years Resolution is to break my phone less this year. read more

Got my screen replaced paid $140 and then my screen cracked again 2 weeks later. Screen wasn't on correctly and also my Touch ID stopped working after they replaced the screen.
