I have a circa-2013 Apple iPad Mini 2 that is perfect for what I need except for the battery life which had dwindled to 1 hour of runtime. I found these guys on Yelp and the reviews were great so I took it in. They had the OEM battery in stock and were able to replace the original battery in one day. They were even willing to cover the screen in case it got damaged in the process, apparently common, and they also offer a 90 day warranty on the battery, same as Apple. Great job! read more

I returned again to Dialnet and again worked with Peter. I returned because I was so impressed with the work they had done almost a year ago. This new service on my iPhone was a screen repair, screen protector and a new case. The work was impeccable, speedy and the service couldn't have been more reasonable, gracious or thoughtful. I am delighted to give my highest recommendations to Dialnet and wish them much success in their business. Michael Pearlman read more

Dialnet are heroes!! I went to the Apple store and Melrose Mac and they weren't able to solve my problem. Then I discovered Dialnet... They were the only ones able to fix my iPhone 6 when it crapped out and wouldn't turn back on past the apple logo on the reboot screen. They work fast and have great customer service! Highly recommend these guys for any of phone issues! They also have lots of accessories and screen protectors (that they apply in store) for lower prices. They're the best overall and I'll be coming here for any further needs in the future! read more

Brought my phone here to get the screen fixed - it was quick and a great price! 100% will recommend to my friends and I will not be taking my phone anywhere else when I'm having issues! read more

Bad experience. Replaced my iPhone screen and item broke. Took it to the Apple store and indicated that it was not an authentic screen. Learned that cheaper is not always better. read more

Very skilled, and competent group here. They were able to retrieve photos from a phone with water damage that was not turning on. Sean is calm, professional and diligent. He's very thorough and diligent in getting the work done. Highly recommend this place for any phone issues. read more

Peter and his team are awesome so glad I came here. Great service great work definitely my go to spot for an iPhone FIx

These guys deliver as promised! Gave me a Yelp quote of $99 to replace my cracked iPhone X glass, also got a free tempered glass screen protector. Was in & out in 25 minutes, good as new! read more

The guys here did an amazing job by fixing my broken screen. Quick, friendly service by the staff and the owner! Thank you so much!! read more

12/8 Still going to keep this 5 stars because they fixed my phone after my screen touch buttons weren't working. But now my microphone is broken. I can't do talk to text. Which is very inconvenient because I own a business and it is much more convenient at times to have the option. Hope I can come back one last time to fix it. ------- I dropped my stupid iPhone going into my house and I was so excited to find this little gem of a shop. When I walked in they were super quick to greet me and were very helpful. They gave me a quote over the phone and were true to their word. I was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes! Quick, affordable and great service. Hopefully I never have to be back but with my clumsiness you never know. Highly recommend if you need to fix or repair any device. Sean was the one who helped me and he was very talented! read more

Dialnet is the local go to spot for my wireless needs. I've been coming here for years, there must be a reason I keep coming back right? It's the service, the fair pricing, and the overall customer experience. Keep it up! read more

This place is awful. Went in cause my Samsung Galaxy S2 died on me and I wanted to get an idea if it was fixable or if I should just buy a new phone. The guy I dealt with was totally shady and wouldn't tell me anything about my phone or how/if they could possibly fix it. What he did tell me was that I needed to leave it there with him and that if he could fix it he'd get back to me in the morning with a price. He also said that there would be a $15 fee to check it out. Don't get scammed by this place. read more

Ok, so I found this place and yelp and got my Iphone 4 screen replaced at this business. The employees were friendly except one thing. I drove two hours to get to this store and when I got home I noticed a dead pixel on top of my screen plus I seen little thin pink lines on my screen. NOT COOL. Another negative thing I noticed was when I compared my iPhone with my boyfriends phone..mines had this ugly yellow tint! I didn't have the time to drive all the way back over there so instead I went to the Apple store and told them about the dead pixel and they replaced me with a new phone for FREE =) Don't go here because they probably gave me a cheap china glass that was old. I paid $60 for this mickey mouse work. read more

I've been bringing my Blackberries to Dialnet for going on 8 years now - they are THE best!! These guys are the only ones I trust with my BlackBerry. Peter is always so patient and understanding, and his staff always completes repairs in a timely manner. And they know EVERYTHING about cell phones - no such thing as a stupid question here. Their prices are reasonable - when you consider that replacing the phone through insurance would actually cost more than repairing it, not to mention you get it back in about an hour or so depending upon the repair - they are SO worth it. read more

So my woes with my BlackBerry are well known, the bloody trackball is a piece of shit that breaks down if you fart in it's general direction. After months of suffering and only being able to scroll up and down, not left to right which basically robbed me of 60% of the functionality, I decided to get it fixed. Would AT&T fix it for a reasonable fee given that it was only a few months out of warranty? Would they buggery! $200 was what they wanted, which is taking the piss. Luckily a great chap decided to point me in the direction of Dialnet, and 30 mins and 39.99 later, my 'Berry is back and I am a man with a new lease of mobile life! They unlock phones, fix phones, sell accessories and get the job done so quickly. Now if you will excuse me, I have to go and play 'BrickBreaker' for the first time in a few months.... which will be nice! read more

I can't say enough fabulous things about DialNet but I'm gonna try. Ingenious. Knowledgeable. Sincere. Dependable. Great prices! And that's just repairs. They also sell phones and accessories. They once soldered a micro-usb port that pulled out of my phone. They kept my beloved Blackberry 9930 alive by installing a new keyboard! (And were one of the few techs who were familiar with and admired the Blackberry OS.) And now I realllllly needed their hand-holding! I had upgraded to the android Blackberry Key2 but feared all the years of contacts, documents, photos and links might not be transferable. At least not in any way that was decipherable. They did it all. Perfectly! And I was even able to specify what I wanted to go to the memory card. They are cell phone sorcerers. On the one hand I wish I could keep them my secret. On the other hand...you need to know about them! read more

I brought my iPhone 5s here to have the battery replaced. Then, for not holding a charge. Each time I came in, I was taken care of promptly. The battery worked fine, but after the second repair, I had to take it in two more times for the same issue. The good thing is that they offer a 30-day warranty on all their work. Currently, my iPhone sometimes won't hold a charge and I have to turn it off and on about three times to get it to work. My 30-day warranty period is over :( read more

I dropped my Samsung Reclaim and the LCD screen broke- They said they had to order the part and it would cost $80-- The place by my house was going to charge me $150!!! I asked them how much it would be to get a new used phone instead- I wasn't going to leave until I had a working phone in my hand. Their used phones were all in good-working condition, and priced anywhere from $60-$80- and that was for a full-keyboard/touch screen phone-- Other places charge way more, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy. They called sprint and activated my phone for me-- They even bought a few of my old cell phones that I brought in. So after selling my phones (two at $10 credit each-- They were REALLY old), and activating my new Lotus phone that I bought from them, my total came to $50 and change. Both people that helped me were EXTREMELY patient- I kept wanting to see all the different phones and I kept asking questions about stuff. Their customer service is outstanding, and I will recommend this place to everyone. They do not have an attitude, and I didn't feel tricked or scammed at all-- A lot of hole in the wall cell phone places are pretty shady... Keep in mind: The wait in this store is long, but it's worth it. Lots of people come here for service. If you are impatient, bring a book or an iPod or something-- Don't complain, because everyone else is waiting too and they really are trying their best to serve all customers equally. read more

Disappointed with these guys so far. I was funneled to them by the AT&T guys who raved that they could switch my battery for $65 super quick, within the hour. I get there and the guy pumps me up saying they can do the battery for $40 and that it would be ready first thing next morning. The next day, no one calls, so I call at 2 pm and the guy says the price is jacked up to $85 and it wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. Feels like a sketchy car repair shop. TBC.... Update #1- The owner called me this afternoon, explained why the phone took so much longer than originally promised and why the cost went up. Not having seen my phone yet, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I guess in the future I'd appreciate a more accurate time/cost estimate and better customer service. read more

I was sent here by a friend who works in the cell phone industry. He told me they were certified. My iPhone 6+ screen was shattered. They quoted me a "low" price of 99.99$. It didn't take long at all. When I got the phone back, it was a cheap 3rd party replacement... and I was told "You'll have to get used to it." The white balance was off and the menus were unreadable. I called Apple and they have a list of Apple-certified locations, needless to say this is not one of them. I walked back in very mad and said my screen is still broken. We went back and forth and for 30$ more, because "the part costs more" I was out the door at over 150$ for a 3rd party screen fix, that Apple would have done for 79$ or even less with Apple care. And if i get the wrong apple technician have no voided my warranty. My gut told me it was a bad place, and you'll get the same vibe. Phones from 2007 and earlier years. Such a waste of time and money. read more

This place is the BEST. EVER. And I'm in love with them. They unlocked my phone in 30 minutes so I could use it on my network, they put my sim in and configured my phone for my network in 2 seconds, then they sold me a gorgeous purple rubber cover for less than $20, the front desk ladies were personable and answered all of my questions about my phone, and I would go back again... in a second! It was pretty busy at about 1:30 in the afternoon, but I didn't mind waiting. Other people did, so if you are "other people", don't go on your lunch hour. read more

Big shout out to Sean at Dialnet. My Samsung S9 phone was hung up and he spent the time to run several diagnostics to determine the problem. He fixed the problem and replaced the battery at same time. Very reasonable charge. Doesn't try to sell you something you don't need or want. Very honest and reliable. I highly recommend this business for any cell phone needs or repairs. read more

I have to give it to Dialnet, they are really good at what they do, and that's fixing cell phones. On two occasions this year I brought them a broken iPhone 5c. The first time there was some liquid damage to the LED screen and they were able to fix it in a couple of hours. They really saved me at a time when everything was going wrong. Another occasion I brought them a broken glass screen and damaged LED....it took them only an hour to completely replace it all....awesome! That time they saved my Thanksgiving. The third and last time I brought them my phone this year was right before leaving for Christmas vacation. This time it was severe liquid damage. It took them 3 days to try to recover it and they couldn't. It was a bummer, but the employees were nice about it and kept in relatively good contact with me. It cost me $15 for them to check it out. If they could have saved my phone, the $15 would have been applied to the total cost of repair. Even though they are not miracle workers, I'm definitely keeping Dialnet in my back pocket in case of a rainy day. My New Years Resolution is to break my phone less this year. read more

Unbelievably good. I am tired of having to replace my cell phone because it breaks. I'm tired that the cell phone companies don't stand behind what they make. Dialnet and Peter are AMAZING!!!! This is a great place. I have been going here for more than 20 years since the time I had a pager. Everyone is so courteous and nice. They always take good care of me at make my mind at ease. Got my screen replaced paid $140 and then my screen cracked again 2 weeks later. Screen wasn't on correctly and also my Touch ID stopped working after they replaced the screen. I also paid $15 for an extra thick screen protector that they recommended and that didn't help. Wouldn't go back or recommend their services. read more

Just left this place and they were very helpful! The owners are very nice and informative!! Best part of the business is their great prices! Especially for the location to be on Melrose ave, they charge very inexpensive prices. They fix all iPhones and cell phones and provide quick and easy service while you want. Thank you! read more

Excellent customer service. The workers were unbiased and gave genuine advice. My iPhone X had an issue with its charging port, and they were able to repair it within 15-30 minutes. They also provided a free screen protector when I checked-in on Yelp. They are extremely friendly and helpful! read more

TERRIBLE. Do not go here. They will use after market products that don't fit the iPhone. My screen had a yellow tint to it and an error message that won't go away saying there is a non Apple part being used that may affect the performance. The screen was protruding out and didn't even fit the iPhone. I was not able to trade in or sell my iPhone 11pro after they worked on it, and was told multiple lies about how the error message will go away etc etc etc And to top it off they refused a refund. VERY RUDE. I ended up having to pay another company to fix what they did to my phone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY read more

These guys are amazing. My go to place to get anything phone related fixed and squared away!

I had the best experience with Dialnet. I had dropped my blackberry curve on the floor and cracked the screen. I went to the sprint store and they said it would be over $100 to replace the screen. I checked yelp for a place with good reviews and stopped in here after work. I called to see how much it would cost and they said it would be 20 minutes & be $19. True to their word. It was 15 minutes and was $19. The staff was friendly and nice. read more

Sometimes when I'm reeeeally irritated my cell phone thinks it's a frisbee and fliiiiiies from my hands ALL BY ITSELF! Silly little phone...so I shattered the glass...big time... The insurance wanted 200 bucks for a replacement which is a good deal compared to buying a new phone...but these guys fixed my glass for $79+tax...I'm saving my insurance for when some cheating, pilfering, scumbag thief steals it...because there no shortage of morality lacking turds these days...knock on glass that never happens, and hopefully I won't jump in any pools with this gadget. read more

I have read so many positive reviews about this place but sad to say my experience was horrible. My cellphone had the charge port break so I contacted them and bough my phone in a week ago. I was quoted what seemed like a fair price and told to call back the next day to make sure it was fixed. The next day I called back and was told my phone was unfixable and that I could pick it up anytime including Saturday so I could avoid the heavy traffic. I arrived on Saturday to find the store closed. I called on Sunday and they informed me they were closed for a holiday (which 99% of stores in America don't close for) they also told me that my phone was fixable. So after already paying an expensive early upgrade fee to get a new phone now my old phone is fixable. I decided to have them fix it anyhow as a back up and they offered to transfer the contacts for free (hence the 2 stars). Tonight I had to wait 20 minutes for them to transfer my contacts. There explanation was the machine was busy even though they were fully aware what time I would be there. It also seemed to me like Peter is the only person who knows whats going on because everyone else seems unable to make a decision on their own without this guy. During my 20 minutes there everyone seemed to have to talk to him and the 4 other workers kept deferring to him. My suggestion. Avoid (parking is rough anyhow) but if you must just contact Peter because the others I spoke with were misleading and useless. read more

I went in for a simple iPhone screen replacement and have had to return FOUR times because of shoddy work. First time they glued on a new screen and it came off 4 days later. I went back, SECOND time and they just added more glue, this time it started to fall apart 4 hours later! There was glue all over the frame and phone like a child had done it. I went back for the THIRD time and they blamed me for putting it in the sun (which I hadn't), they put on a new frame and it looked ok. Until I got home and I saw there is a big blue circle at the bottom of my screen which was never there before, so I went back the FORTH time in two days and they blamed the phone. Said my only option was to send it offsite for 3-4 days. I am incredibly disappointed that I went in for a simple replacement screen and now after MULTIPLE visits my phone looks worse than when I started. Very very frustrating. read more

Peter fixed my sister's iPhone 6 which had fallen into the loop of restating and showing the apple logo over & over and over again until the battery would die and then when we'd charge it and experience nothing different. First I went to Verizon Then I went to the Apple Store Then to a third party MAC store and then DIALNET!!! My sister wanted all the information on her phone back. Everybody told me there's no hope to get the information back, but hey Peter at DIALNET retrieved e v e r y t h i n g! In the beginning he did tell me that it may not possible to get all my stuff back, but he said he'll try his best and he absolutely did! I'm so happy I got to this place. He knows what he's doing and he has a very professional attitude about it. He said it'll take an hour and it took an hour. The cost wasn't crazy although at first I was like "oh darn it". I paid $65. I even changed the screen protector to both of our phones (each for $10). The only kinda not so positive thing that I will mention for the purpose of bettering them is that the Filipino young lady who is the cashier and installed the screen protectors is too strict and I would say not outgoing. She did a fabulous job in installing the screen protectors but she does not have the professional attitude and the respect that Peter has for his customers. Anyways, absolutely go to DailNet if your iphone has fallen into the Apple logo loop and get your data retrieved for 65 bucks or if you don't care about retrieving your data then go to the Apple Store to have your iphone RESTORED for no cost, FREE! Thank YOU PETER at DAILNET read more

A few months ago I dropped my favorite phone face first into the pouring rain. I was such an idiot and decided to turn on the phone to see if it was still working. I was in such a shock that I had dropped my phone in the rain that I forgot that I would've short circuited my phone causing it to be unusable. I couldn't risk sending the phone back to the provider even if it was under warranty because they don't cover water damage. They would've charged me a lot more to get it replaced when they find out that it's been water damaged. I took my phone to dialnet to fix. The service was friendly and quick, phone was fixed in about an hour and for ~$60. Now my phone works perfectly and I am SO happy. It definitely beats paying $200 to get a brand new phone. They were really friendly and I loved how fast they were about fixing it. The thing is though, when you go in, you have to be aggressive about getting helped because sometimes people just stand there (it looks like they're just waiting in line but really they're not) waiting for their things to be fixed. So you have to go up and ask them to help you because they won't know if you're in line or just waiting. If anything goes wrong with my gadgets again, I'd definitely come back here. read more
