Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to logistics and communication. The delivery showed up about 6 hours late, which completely threw off our setup timeline. Because they were so behind, I ended up having to stay at the property until 10:00 PM just to get everything placed and ready. To make matters worse, communication with the office was really difficult -- at one point, we had to have the delivery guys call the office repeatedly just to get someone on the phone and get direction/answers. That should never be on the customer (or the crew) to chase down. I'll say this: the delivery guys were honestly great. They were professional, kind, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. We also ran into an issue with the table/chair heights. I ordered tall chairs, but I had selected shorter cocktail tables. They did help fix the issue, which I appreciate -- but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being scolded for it. When you're spending thousands and already dealing with a massively late delivery, the last thing you need is attitude. A simple "no worries, we'll get it sorted" would have gone a long way. Overall: great delivery crew, but the late delivery, hard-to-reach office, and the tone when resolving the setup issue made this a frustrating experience. I really wanted this to be a smooth, professional rental process, but it wasn't. I would not recommend.

I was wrong. The Studio is so spacious and so nicely decorated. They have the tables, greenery, good hoop, dessert and drinks area, outdoor area and bathrooms. The downside is that there is no elevator which can be tricky when someone isn't fully mobile or if you want to have a vendor upstairs as they might charge extra for stairs. They have host and vendor parking in the back and plenty of street parking for the guests.

They state they have a 3-day response time for emails, but some of our emails took them 10 days to respond to. By the end, we had to beg them to respond to our emails because we were running out of time. On the day they ignored explicit instructions from us, did not execute tasks they told us they would, and even dismissed workers early. They were rude to us and our families on our wedding day. The vendors they recommended to us were unprofessional, were drinking at our wedding, and also did not follow basic instructions. After the wedding they did not immediately refund our deposit. Weeks later, they claimed that several items were broken and lost, all adding up to the exact amount of the deposit. Then they claimed that they would refund us because our caterer had agreed to pay for the items. They eventually did pay us only after repeated attempts to recover the deposit. Not only did we provide written instructions asking them to inventory items before leaving the site, this is also common practice for the day of coordinator. Our wedding turned out beautiful in spite of this company and we are so grateful to some of our other vendors, our friends and family.
