After having a nightmare scenario with another plumber, I called Sal and I'm so glad I did! It turned out, all I needed was a clean out installed, a camera inspection, and a drain cleaning. Sal ran a camera in the new clean out his worker installed and found that there were no major issues with my water line, the way the previous plumber had described. The other plumber wanted to charge me $14,000 and was very aggressive, insisting that I needed to repair the water line right away. Sal only charged me $750 for his work. I tested my plumbing after Sal left, and it's working great! No more water back ups! I'm so happy that I found S. O. Plumbing. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on. They are the most honest plumbers I have ever hired.

Hired a Rooter company, one of those franchise named companies, to come out and check it out real quick because my other usual plumber was busy and my tenant just needed a working bathroom, they charged an arm and a leg and told me what i already knew, changed a random pipe saying "it might help". Then KVA Plumbing came out and actually fixed the issue. After days of being clogged and 2-3 plumbers saying they can't do anything about it, KVA fixed the problem. They gave me the truth, told me its a fix for now but later on will need to be completely replaced. This way I know what to expect and the tenant knows what to expect, when it happens again i'm calling KVA for the big job or repiping. They have also repiped our whole 4 unit apartment and done the work on my house. Knowledgable plumbers, great owner, good communication and great service. These guys know what they are doing!

Not only did they fix…read morethe problem we called them for, they saw that we needed an easier access point for any future washer/dryer clean out needs and installed one. Cory is our MVP of the year! He helped us get our heavy stacked washer/dryer out and back in of the tiny built-in cabinet, which was a job in it of itself!! He was quickly able to locate the problem and let us know our options to fix it. As well as letting us know that if we added a clean out pipe we wouldn't need to move those heavy machines for more routine fixes and cleanings. Eric joined Cory to add the clean out pipe -- together they were able to quickly and efficiently get that installed. Both were incredibly friendly and left our place cleaner than when they got here. Couldn't recommend them more! 5 out of 5 stars!!

Ruben and Junior came out within an hour (on a Sunday nonetheless) and spent 3-4 hours working out the issues with both of my toilets and getting everything back to normal again. They were very respectful (masks and booties on their shoes) and I learned a lot just in conversations with them. I ended up using them again on a few other occasions as well In all my interactions with them, not once did I feel like I was being sold something I was uncomfortable with, or did I ever feel they were minimizing a problem - they were very upfront with me and I appreciate the advice and honesty from them!
