They are being evasive and I am being given the runaround. Document recovery shouldn't take this long and if there is an issue I want to be notified with specific answers to my questions in a timely manner! This is not a simple matter of backlog or the complexity of what should be a relatively simple task. It's a matter of inept communication and the refusal of Plug and Play to provide the client with decent and professional customer service.

Dealing with Lisa and Jonathan was a pleasure. After examining my machine, they said I needed a whole new keyboard. In addition I got pictures of the inside, showing a lot of dust and dirt. Since they had to order a new keyboard, they returned my machine and gave my a plug-in board to use in the meantime. When the board came in, I returned the machine for repair, which was done the next day. I thought the price was reasonable for the repair and cleaning. My laptop now seems brand new.
