Upon driving up you can't help but notice that their building is HUGE! It's as big as a Costco! Tons of trailers were docked getting filled up by the many volunteers. They even had a Amazon trailer at the loading/unloading dock. There were approximately 30+ volunteers. We all gathered at the picnic tables inside the warehouse. Coffee, Tea, and snacks were provided - nice touch. We all worked together to load many boxes of food that were sent on a rolling conveyor belt with volunteers all along it. I was a team of 2 that stacked the boxes on multiple pallets before a forklift driver whisked them away. It was so awesome to be apart of. If you ever have a chance to volunteer please do so.

this is kind of a biased review since i've worked there for 5 years!…read more but after i resigned, i had my taxes done there (i'm a cpa and i was a very good auditor, but horrible at taxation) and the turn around was really good. i also like how the tax packet was organized and there were little reminders of where to send your papers. the staff there is really nice and what i like best about them is that they're helpful throughout the year - not like h&r block which disappears once tax season is over! i've also had the pleasure of having maze do an audit at my place of business. they were very well informed and really organized. they're the "friendly" CPA firm that you almost never hear about!

Once I was married & we had complicated things to add, we made sure to go to Viet. I used to get to make an appointment with him in person & he answered any & all of my questions, before I filed. But sadly COVID hit & things changed to online. My husband & I have changed careers several times since 2022, & we had a baby, so there are several things to add into your taxes. This year, we spent over $15k in medical expenses, had our first child, & hoped we would get some kind of a tax refund. But unfortunately that didn't happen. When I asked about adding money to our IRAs, or why we didn't get to file itemized, or how else we can reduce our tax bracket, we were told it was a "paid question that required a paid appointment". Anyway, I think you can get your own taxes done for free or less than you're charged by this guy. He can't help you with basic questions without requiring money so... stay aware & ask questions!

They choose to willfully ignore court orders while giving benefits to parents who are not entitled or eligible and refuse to investigate when fraudulent use of their services is reported. There is information that as a father of a child in the program that, according to their own policy documents, I am entitled to, which they refuse to furnish. Instead they choose to hide behind the misguided concept that I need a subpoena to obtain my own child's records. This is crap and these people are hacks.
