What really impressed me was their honesty--they actually reduced the final bill below their original estimate after completing the work. About a month later, the door jammed again. It's rare to find a contractor who is this honest, dependable, and committed to standing behind their work. Professional, courteous, and trustworthy from start to finish. Five stars!

Unfortunately, after meeting with a representative to review the scope of the project, we never received any follow-up or a quote. During that time, I began receiving a series of marketing emails about why LRL would be a great company to work with, which I didn't mind while I was waiting for the estimate. However after that, I started receiving emails stating that I had chosen to move in a different direction and that I should consider them for a future project. The confusing part is that we never made that decision. we were waiting to hear back. I was genuinely interested in working with them, but it ultimately felt like the company chose not to move forward with us.

The scope of the project was extensive: all new semi custom cabinets, a new island, and new perimeter countertops, along with a complete replacement of our appliances some of which we wanted flush mounted (easier said than done). One of the trickier pieces was retrofitting a range hood, which added a fair amount of complexity to the install, but the team handled it without missing a beat. What really set this project apart was the level of coordination among everyone involved. Every craftsman on the job communicated clearly with one another, and just as importantly, Joe stayed in steady contact with my wife and me throughout the process. That kind of teamwork kept the project moving efficiently from start to finish, with minimal delays and no surprises. Even when we were out of town for part of the renovation, we never felt out of the loop as Joe sent regular updates with photos and progress notes, so we always knew exactly where things stood. The end result is a kitchen that's both beautifully finished and highly functional, and the process to get there was refreshingly smooth. If you're considering a kitchen remodel, don't hesitate to reach out to JR's, you'll be in good hands from demo day to final walkthrough.

A thorough search LED us to Shawn and Create Interior Design. He came and met with us several times to explain his process and guide us through the entire project step by step. He drafted several design concepts based on our input and refined them until we were happy. After the basics had been locked down, it was much easier for us to choose specific tiles, colors and fixtures. The lifelike 3D renderings provided a clear vision of what the finished bathroom would look like, and removed all the guesswork and stress from this project. Shawn provided us with an extremely detailed list of every item and exact cost for the project including scheduling, permits, demo, construction, inspections and every material and fixture. It was clear that we were in experienced and competent hands. We chose to have Shawn and his team handle the project and complete all of the work period his crew was incredible. My number one priority when looking for contractors was clear communication in all aspects of the project, and I'm very happy to report that Lion Group Construction did not disappoint. I came in with a vision and budget in mind, and Udi helped me figure out what was actually feasible, what would put me way over budget, and suggestions to work around the limitations of our space. When the team hit roadblocks during construction due to past owners' questionable DIY methods and the age of the home, they were quick to text/call and let me know what was up, how they planned to deal with it, and always waited for confirmation from me before proceeding with anything that would differ from the original plan we'd made. If I had questions or noticed small details that I wanted to change in the midst of the work, they responded quickly and kindly. I was never worried that I would be ghosted or ignored, or that the work would be delayed as the project went on, which I know is something that unfortunately happens to many homeowners!! I'm grateful to Lion Group Construction for alleviating much of the stress of a big reno (the decision fatigue was real) and transforming the bathroom from a dank and dim space into the calming, well-lit one of my dreams.
