When we were there about an hour before closure, they did not have a lot of ingredients and could not fully make declared menu items. They also did not seem to be bothered by that at all, or offer you any substitutes without charging extra : ) After some back and forth and repeating/confirming our order, we still did not get what we wanted, but decided not to make a fuss about it. The food was fresh and tasty. Some interesting non-food additions to our salad bowls (like inedible flowers), but when in Lisbon... eat the flowers? : ) I got the strawberry ginger lemonade, and it was actually one of the best fresh drinks I have ever had. I highly recommend it - super tasty and refreshing. Overall, it was pretty good. One star down for customer service oopsies.

We explained we weren't interested and they continued to explain the health benefits of a massage. When we got upstairs, the masseuse was very nice but was cleaning the tables and we were offered her services, again. We waited an exorbitant amount of time for our food, and while the presentation was cute, the food was tasteless. I asked for a side of the granola just to have something to eat. The ambiance is cute, but unfortunately that's all I give it.

On my visit, I got the custom salad with lettuce and rocket plus 5 accompaniments: cooked spinach, cooked broccoli, grilled mixed vegetables, tomatoes, and smoked salmon. I chose the creamy yogurt dressing and sprinkled on plenty of oregano, black pepper, and olive oil from the counter. I also tried the turkey sandwich, which came with lettuce, tomato, and zingy mustard sauce, as well as a juice of mango, orange, and carrot. Both of these were good, but a bit overpriced for what they were and for the portion sizes. The salads, I found, were a better value, and the combination of flavors you can get is simply excellent!

I tried a mozzarella tomato and pesto sandwich and it was delicious. The cost for the sandwich (looks like they used the whole baguette) and joule was less than 10 €. You can pick the type of lettuce and they have three different types of baguette including six grain and gluten-free . You can eat in or take out. I'll be back.

Both are nice spaces but being a solo traveler it was a bit depressing having to sit alone in a dimly lit empty dining room looking out a window while others were dining in the lively space with an open kitchen. I understand that's how it is when being a table of one but moral is to make a reservation if you can b/c that would have been a better dining experience. The menu offers so many choices and is very vegetarian friendly. The server was helpful and provided recommendations. One thing I thought was tricky was how he brought bread to the table and asked "would you like some fresh bread and dips?" before putting it down. Since I had read reviews I knew to asd "doesn't that cost extra?" to which he replied yes so I opted to skip it. Especially because I was alone and most def couldn't have eaten all that food. The falafel hummus bowl was excellent. The hummus was perfectly prepared and beautifully creamy. It was served with warm pita that you could taste was housemade. That was some of the best pita I ever tasted. I also chose a watermelon basil mocktail which was very tasty. I wish I had room for dessert but was stuffed by the time I walked back to my accommodation.

Service is, as some people have mentioned on Yelp and on Google maps, quite lackluster; resting b**** face seems to be the theme here- a stark contrast considering everywhere else I've visited in Lisbon so far has been filled with top notch smiling service. The RBF honestly sometimes isn't a bad thing if we compare it to the other extreme of overly excited overbearing wait staff checking in on you every two bites. Here on an overcast rainy Sunday early afternoon - first weekend of January 2025 so it's low tourist season and a bit chilly but it's also not too cold to sit outside. Double espresso helped me wake up a bit; had an over priced glass of red wine (7 euros?!!) that was definitely VERY meh. Ordered the Pugliese pizze. It was average- neither amazing nor horrid. Overall, I'd say this place is a tad pricey - it's NYC prices/ what I expect to pay at home, but doesn't quite meet standards to be charging these prices. Basically a hyped up tourist trap. Come here if you're an expat or for the outdoor dining vibes. Eat at the Vasco de Gama mall food court if you want a better value/quality ratio.

There were a mixture of tourists and locals and the vibe was good. Although there is a constant breeze from the bay, the glass partitions keep it comfortable. Not sure how well outside we be during the hottest months, but in a 70 degree day like this evening it was perfect. There is a full bar and a good selection of local and Italian wines. The Valpolicello Ripasso we ordered was from a winery new to us, and it was enjoyable. We had a caprese salad to start. The tomatoes were fresh and full of flavor and the mozzarella was fresh tasting as well. Although we prefer a good balsamic vinegar drizzle, the pesto olive oil did work. The pasta in both dishes was on the harder side of al dente, and it worked great. I'm not sure if it was fresh pasta but I'd put money on it being fresh pasta. The burrata and the tomato sauce for the spaghetti had a very nice balance, and you won't go wrong with the dish. The carbonara is made from eggs (not cream!) a as it should be. The raw egg over the top was an excellent touch. If you're worried about raw eggs order something else. Because this is exactly the way carbonara is supposed to be prepared. The yolk was a darker orange, tasting fresh from the farm. And it really added a nice layer of flavor. Again, a dog friendly establishment, so remember not all dogs are timid! And no worries of you bring your little canine compatriot, they will be welcomed with open arms!
