He spent time listening to my symptoms and figure out what I have and get me the care and specialist that I require. I have the highest respect for him. I have had him work with my specialist. He goes above and beyond. I have also had Dr Holvik call me in for an emergency on my blood work, which Noah had already taken care of, but it was wonderful to know that Dr Holvik is keeping track of things in the back ground. That's the kind of dismissive, unhelpful comment you'd expect from someone completely unqualified--not from someone responsible for patient care. Despite my **clear and serious symptoms**, his only "insight" was that I was just **"getting old."** No real investigation, no concern, just an outright refusal to acknowledge that something was seriously wrong. Then, after **handing me a sample of Voquezna (a new stomach medication at the time), they FAILED to record it in my medical file.** Could you imagine if I had an allergic reaction and they had no record of what they gave me? I have only been to visit this doctors office once as a patient, and that was enough for me. My…read morevisit was with his partner, Dr. Laura Russo Herrera, and while she was very competent, quick to see me, and willing to listen, their billing leaves something to be desired. I have had to go back to the office 2 times to discuss my visit and my husbands visit because it kept being billed incorrectly, and since they use a third party Biller, things are not being handled by that office specifically. I was advised to pay my bill with a check, since the Biller doesn't always process the credit cards, which you can only pay with via mail, correctly, and when I did, it took over a month for the check to clear because said Biller only visits the office once a month. My visit kept being claimed through my insurance as a prenatal visit, when I went in for a wellness screening. While the staff is friendly enough, their inability to make sure these things get taken care of make me feel that they are incompetent. And I'm sure that isn't the case entirely, but what else can I view it as if I went in to visit in July, and am still dealing with this into mid November. Overall I am a very unsatisfied patient.
