They said they had someone in the area and they could be over in an hour. Sure enough they were there in an hour. They measured the windows and called me later that day with a price which was reasonable for the size of windows. They said they would be able to install them in a week. Their order was late so it was a week and a half before the windows were installed but that was quicker than other companies would have completed the job.
