Before the first visit or prior to traveling, I can schedule a meet-and-greet. As a Chihuahua and a rescue, it takes a while for Charlie to warm up to new faces. Jessica, the owner, ensures that the sitters are a match for him. They quickly learn his personality and routine. They are caring, responsive and trustworthy. Vivian has been with TMAB for a long time and now seeing Charlie. I appreciate receiving updates and photos from their quality time after each visit.
