Growing up with a medical professional I always had access to great health care. I would title this place - " Good ole' fashion medical care". I am sorry to see the negative review on this place. I found the doctor to be very involved in diagnoses and handling of my medical needs. The front desk staff could not be nicer in my opinion. They have called to check on me and are always happy and friendly when I walk in. AT FIRST I was nervous as I just came off 5-star health care from my previous employer. Despicable, Unprofessional, Disgusting. If I could give this place negative stars I would & from the looks of it, other than the paid positive reviews, the general public feels the same. The dr was randomly assigned due to them being the closest to my home . What good does that do when they don't answer the phone??? I called because I had previously gone to the ER and had to follow up with my primary care physician. I called 2 times and after being placed on hold , I was hung up on twice . The staff members lack professionalism. The facility appears unclean, and the receptionist takes an extended period to address matters. The pace of everyone is slow, and it is difficult to communicate with the doctors, as they seem to have hearing issues or memory problems. read more

Horrible service. Receptionist will literally hang up the phone. If you keep calling, receptionist picks up the call and immediately put you on hold for long she desires in her useless spirit which doesn't affect her pay, of course ! Once you are connected to Regina things get even uglier ... so useless. She will take your information but never ever will even attempt to get the request done until you call five more times. I have felt so much disappointment with this doctor, I was suffering from Dyspareunia, she gave me a vaginal examination and claimed nothing was wrong with me. I told her exactly where it hurt but she just said "don't have sex for a month" that was it, she gave me a referral to a OB-GYN just because I requested it but the Doctor I got referred only takes care of pre-natal women not me...so one month after (the month I didn't have sex at all) I self examined myself because I still experience pain and I saw what was causing my pain...Now I am changing my primary care doctor. With the exception of their main nurse, this facility has very poor service. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR AS YOUR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER! PLEASE! read more

Please show some compassion to yourself and don't go to this clinic. The administrative people (especially Ms. Kailash) are VERY rude. My parents have been going there for some time and not a single time have they been treated with respect. The clinic lost our medical reports several times and in return blamed us accusing that we never took the test. How in the world are such rude, condescending, and uncivilized animals allowed to run a medical service? I don't have enough words to explain the horrible experiences that my mom had at this place. Uncaring and unsympathetic are understatements, this is a doctor who seems to genuinely dislike his job and customers. Which would be one thing if he were a skilled physician, but I don't think he's ever actually done anything for me other than bill insurance. Honestly, with you could throw a stone in any direction near his office and hit another physicians office, I highly recommend you follow the stone. His office staff is very nice however. I wish I could give negative stars. After my experience here I know why there weren't any patients there. To begin with the entrance to the Doctor's office is creepy. It feels as though they have had no patients for a long time now. The two receptionist are the most unwelcoming humans you will ever come across. They gave me such bad attitude and spoke very rudely all throughout. I had been here for a yearly routine checkup. When I told them its 100% covered they did not believe me. When I asked them to call my insurance to find out, they initially refused to call. I had to insist them to make that call. Finally when they did call, she abruptly kept the phone and told me that there phone stopped working and that she can't call anymore. The other rude receptionist went inside and spoke to her administrator, Amarjit Dhamijia, doctor's wife (thats what she told me after) and then told me that I have to pay cash. What bull****. I went home, called my insurance company, they assured me that everything was covered since he is an in network doctor and that they had recieved a call but someone abruptly disconnected the call. I am definitely never going back and I will make all my friends aware about their fishy business. read more

Ooohhh my Gosh...was my first reaction after my GPS took me to this place!!! Much hesitantly, i walked inside the 'walk-in' clinic which appeared from outside as some kind of old and dirty storage facility!!! After a few minutes of initial conversation, i had to to just walk out of the place because of the unprofessional and rude conduct from the front desk ladies. They hesitated to take my insurance card (He is supposedly an in--network physician!!) and to much of my surprise initially even refused to verify the services with my insurance!!! I have repeatedly told them that the preventive adult care and visits are covered by my insurance and i had verified it earlier, however, my part of the conversation appeared to have fallen into deaf ears and they refused the services. The very rude front desk lady said, the administrator (Doctor's wife) DOES NOT like to use my insurance as they may not be reimbursed and wants CASH money for it and the best they can do is provide me with receipts!!!!!!! There is certainly something suspicious going on in this clinic and they need serious investigations from concerned governing body. God Bless these guys.. read more

Absolute worst physician. Does not even listen to lungs, heart sounds. My mother has been suffering from chronic cough for 8 months and visited him multiple times for the same complaint. Every single time, he would prescribe antibiotics yet my mother's symptoms were not improving. He then diagnosed her as having allergy and asthma induced cough. On most visits, the doctor did not bother to listen to her lungs using an stethoscope. No chest x-rays were ordered. Given the chronic nature of the cough, the physician did not find it necessary to order advanced imaging such as a CAT scan to identify the reason for her condition. My mother's cough wasn't getting better despite consuming numerous antibiotic regimens given by the doctor and when she visited the local ER (because of shortness of breath), chest X-rays and a CT scan were done and a mass in her left lower lung was identified. She is currently going through treatment and is saddened by the news. We wish she found out earlier. Please do yourself a favor. If you want better care, visit someone who knows what he or she is doing in terms of treatment. If that doesn't happen, please change this doctor as soon as possible before you become a victim to his incompetence. What is absurd is that in the first world country, we still have doctors who don't exercise the standard of practice. Sheer incompetence and a lack of the physician's ability to practice the standard of care may be the reason patients like my mother is unfortunately unable to detect an illness at an earlier stage. read more
