Directed to this clinic for a new physician my husband wanted to try out. After the first experience, we will not go back. It started off with the staff being very rude in the front desk, those little girls had the nastiest attitude ever by far ruined our day as soon as we walked in very unprofessional do not know what they are doing, or how to speak to people very horrible customer service! I don't know what the girls name was that was attending me, but it was the two younger girls who are Latina and have the windows as soon as you enter.. they just made everything feel like we were unwelcome. Then when we were called to the back, they had to take my husband's vitals before we headed into the room. It looked like a playground back there ... to be very honest with you. I don't think half of the people working back. There are even certified. The physician his self was an OK doctor, but it seemed like he was in a rush he didn't know my husband, and it was his first time with him, but he didn't ask many questions. He just prescribed him a whole bunch of medication's. We wanted to be heard, instead of throwing all these drugs at. Then on the way out, we had to make a follow up appointment and again with the same two little girls. Was not a good experience then as well. It is just very unprofessional here. However, the pharmacy in that building is pretty quick pretty fast and the girls at the register are nicer. I will say the only thing smooth about that visit was receiving our medication's at the pharmacy. We wanted to get out of there right away. I feel like this clinic is not going to be here long.

My wife and in-laws love her no-nonsense style and referred me to her after using her for years. Normally I would feel uncomfortable with a female doctor, but it's something about that Old World charm when you turn your head and cough that let's you know it's all business. Everything is over and done with quick so you're not left waiting. Doctor appointments seem to be quicker here than any other doctor, and that's good when you're nervous about all the people around you coughing out the Black Plague. A couple years back I had a problem with waking up with sinus pressure and I thought I was allergies, but I would take allergy medicine and it would barely help. Now I'm barely ever sick, so I was clueless and asked her if she knew anything I can do. She prescribed me this nasal spray, I only use it about twice a month but I wake up with the sinus pressure a lot less now. She's a miracle worker!

There is a full consultation with honest travel tips to stay healthy and a full explanation of options, side effects, etc. I thought I had to do research before I went, but their thorough but simple online portal that you create before your appointment made Laura incredibly knowledgeable about my travel and able to anticipate my questions/ concerns. The packet of information with travel tips as well as the low down on each vaccine was helpful for future reference too. Second, they (Laura) are truly looking out for you as a traveler. She made recommendations based on future travel and not just this one trip, which will save me time and money in the end. I didn't feel as though she was trying to get me to spend more money, but simply thinking of what is needed for my health/comfort and that's it. If you are at all nervous or new to vaccinations or unsure of what to get, it is 100% worth paying the extra money and gambling if your insurance will take anything later to go to Passport Health. A visit to the Urgency department turned into a big Emergency dept. bill because multiple employees directed me there instead of to the Urgency desk. The gal at the desk even told me it was the Urgency care department also.The last straw was a free medicare wellness exam they hounded me to get. I got a $160 statement for that because they double dipped me on the bill. I got the free wellness check up, but they also coded for and charged for an office visit, physical exam and blood work. Even though the visit notes and summary clearly state patient presented himself for a Medicare Wellness check up. They offered to settle for $80 for something that they screwed up. They made hundreds of thousands of dollars on me, then lost me over their employees lying and cheating. Imagine how many people simply pay medical bills without actually looking at them. Think of all the extra money these companies are collecting from patients and insurance.
