We brought it back to the store, but they refused to exchange. The warehouse staff claimed that the installer had opened the package and checked when picking it up. However, the package was only opened enough to verify that the correct item was inside--it was never fully unpacked or inspected for damage. There was no reasonable way to see this damage without actually opening the entire package. I understand that damage can happen during shipping or handling, but the customer should not be left responsible for damage that was not reasonably possible to discover at pickup. I would strongly recommend that other customers carefully inspect the entire item before accepting or taking it home, and be aware of the store's after-sale services. To be fair, the sales staff were helpful and professional. My complaint is specifically about the after-sale service and the warehouse staff refusal to take responsibility for a damaged product.

Have to come here and downgrade my rating after the recent experience…read more I remodeled both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom, when I made the purchases, I made it for both and some items were not available during pick up. I was told that they would let me know once they have new inventory. This went on for 2 months and I got no calls. So I had to call them and found out that they did have incoming inventory but the sales person never made the call. Then when I went to pick up, the delivery department insisting an item was picked up while the order was circled from last time indicating it was not picked up. We had to go back, searched high and low with our contractors and confirmed that we never had the item. Then we went through the hassle of emailing and calling them to finally have their agreement to pick up the item. When I thought this is all done, the contractor discovered that a part was missing from the box and I had to call them again. Interestingly they don't seemed surprised. For more than the third time, I went to pick up that missing part and they had a standard form to sign. Probably means this happens a lot? So my advice is that pick up right away after you place the order, if they don't have the items available, cancel them immediately. Also, check every box at pick up to make sure what you have are good, but it can be hard if you don't know what to look for. So now to go over the whole journey and talk about the value of the shop, I'm not sure it's that top notch. Perhaps just focus on what you can buy immediately, pick up, check and leave will be the best value. If you can't get it right away there, leave and find somewhere else.

A drawer is already off its track, probably worse than that one of the medal tracks is stuck and not attached to the drawer. By they way I've only had these in for a for a couple of weeks. He was very understanding of the level of detail that went into the style of kitchen that we were trying to achieve. Despite having to make several revisions to the configurations along the way, he was still very understanding and patient through it all and ultimately was able to accurately portray our vision of the end result by matching my design 1 for 1. He's also very knowledgeable in his expertise as he offered his opinions on my design and was quick to point out any flaws with it. He was also very thoughtful in a sense that he tried to correct my kitchen design to make it as safe as possible knowing that we have a little baby around the house. The quality of the cabinets is top notch superb. No damage during the receiving process. The fitment was outstanding. Our contractor was able to install everything with ease. Everything came out to be a perfect tight fit with no gap or sagging issues. We were very happy to have settled with the European style cabinets as they are a lot more customizable and easily modifiable to fit one's needs. Not to mention they also look much more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes especially with the walnut laminate panels. The sleek flat-faced look really adds to the simplicity and complements the rest of the kitchen theme of keeping it as minimalistic and modern as possible.

This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. She was patient, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Since we were doing a whole-house remodel, we hired a general contractor who also handled the kitchen installation. There were a few hiccups along the way, and in hindsight, I wish we had worked directly with Excelle Kitchen for the installation as well. I'm confident the process would have gone even more smoothly if they had handled the install. Unfortunately, we had already committed to our contractor by that point. One thing that really stood out to us was the pricing. Our contractor was charging us more for the exact same cabinets, which made working directly with Excelle Kitchen an even better value. Anthony also came out to measure everything, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we are so happy with our new kitchen and our experience with Excelle Kitchen. Lead time is reasonable within a week for us and delivery was trouble-free.

I couldn't believe the job they did at the price then. Even more surprising was the fact that they were always on time and delivered everything as stated. Jessica oversaw everything and even helped me select sinks and countertop styles in keeping with trends, and long term usability. That was 14 years ago. I now live in another town and have a kitchen that needed an overhaul, although not to the extent of the one in Fremont. I tried more local remodelers and experienced the same frustration as before: ghosting, over pricing, unclear terms, unreliable, 8 month wait times... I called Jessica and asked if she could redo my kitchen where I live. She came over and made an estimate the next day. I was so happy to be able to hire EB again! As before, she offered fantastic insight as to what elements to get, like this time it was quartz instead of granite, and a color and pattern that fit best with the palette of the house and floor. Anyway, they updated my kitchen: installed appliances, sinks, some new plumbing, new countertops, walls - all at a very reasonable price. Her team (a couple of whom were the same people as before) worked long hours and finished in only 5 days. We gave them a bonus at the end of the job for working so hard and competently.

What really stood out was how far she went in such a short time--she easily could have followed up the next day, but instead pulled everything together immediately. She even helped coordinate with distributors on her day off to make sure everything moved forward. Thanks to her, we avoided delays and kept our project moving. Highly recommend Tubz and Kayla.
