The line work was inconsistent, shading was poorly blended, and the overall result did not reflect the quality shown on his page. When I reached out privately to address my concerns, I was hoping for professionalism and resolution. Instead of taking accountability or offering any form of constructive conversation, I was blocked. Being blocked for respectfully expressing dissatisfaction speaks volumes. As clients, we invest not only money but trust and permanence into tattoos. Mistakes can happen -- but how an artist handles feedback is what truly defines their professionalism.

When I had my consult, Kevin came prepared with ideas, he used his tablet to take photos of the location, lay out the plan, and create a great piece. As far as the actual work went... I was overwhelmed with how smoothly it went and the final look. I've also never worked with an artist that had such a good touch. The healing time was better than any of my previous half dozen pieces. He was also very open to suggestions that I offered and had good counter suggestions to do what I was looking for.
