An item in our order was made incorrectly and when it was pointed out, she reluctantly remade the item with the most unprofessional effort and made it even worse. Even when she was thanked for her "efforts" she had no response and not even the decency to acknowledge our thanks although she was well aware that her remake was ghastly. If the owner of this establishment is reading this, I highly suggest you reconsider your employment of this individual. It is evident that her attitude is affecting the rest of your staff, and it is far from the positive or at least neutral environment you'd expect from an ice cream shop.
