The young woman working the counter was very patient with me as I don't take in clothing to the dry cleaners very often, and I was a little confused with the process. I took in around7 items and the cleaning cost was bout $45. (I'm not the most well-versed person when it comes to comparable cost. Considering I brought in what felt like a giant trash bag of items- I thought it was reasonable.) Wait time to pick up was super fast- less than 24 hrs! I will definitely come back again. The space is small, but very tidy.

My jacket was less that 6 months old. I talk to the owner he didn't want to make it right. I asked him to pay for a new jacket i would pay the cleaning fee. He tried to give me credit and said the color change was wear and tare. I explained i haven't had it long enough for that. He still didn't care. If you have valuables do not trust this cleaners. I plane on taking him to court because he doesn't even admit he ruined my jacket. He then offered 50 bucks to get other things cleaned. I told him i would never trust him with my clothes. RUN!RUN !

Complete rip-off--unacceptable service and quality Absolute…read morerip-off. I bought a phone here for $390 just 90 days ago, and it completely stopped turning on. When I brought it back, they told me the motherboard was dead. Instead of standing behind what they sell, their "solutions" were to either charge me $160 to repair the motherboard or pay another $150 to downgrade to an older, cheaper phone. That means I'd end up spending $540 total for a worse phone than the one I originally paid for! On top of that, they claimed their warranty is only 14 days. Expecting a customer to throw away hundreds of dollars on a phone that dies in three months is completely unacceptable. Avoid this shop unless you want to pay double for broken hardware.

This is at least the third time, so I'm now in the market for a good local dry cleaners, and Starchie's is not it! My advice? Look for a place that actually does the work on site. This place does not. Look for a place where the owner has a vested interest in keeping their promised delivery times. This place does not. Look for a place that has employees that give a damn. This place does not. To be fair to the poor guy in charge this morning, his whole world seemed to be making excuses for missing clothes.

Checked out the other place due to the high reviews but exited when I saw the dirty ceiling vents. So glad I noticed this clean outside and inside place! Pros -extremely clean -beyond helpful attendants -machines are in new condition -dryers work well & as described - low is ACTUALLY LOW & WILL ACTUALLY DRY COMPLETELY! You won't feel robbed needing to run the dryer over & over. -peaceful environment -so many fantastic amenities and services:from DoorDash service for wash & fold; free wi-fi; several tvs; clean restrooms and vending machines for the laundry & for you! Who couldn't use a cold beverage or an ice cream to cool off in this TX heat? Cons -top dispensers for soap & fabric softener had left overs from previous uses. PERHAPS THESE COULD BE CLEANED IN BETWEEN CUSTOMERS? Fortunately I had informed the attendant here about my last experience at another laundromat in South Dallas that left my clothes so soapy from previous users that clothes needed to be cycled 3 extra times after the initial wash with NO added detergents or softeners. -you can not change temperature on the dryers once they begin-MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. -Needing to buy a special debit card -the card & adding funds will be on 2 separate transactions unless you only need to use $4 or less. First transaction is $5 - $1 for card with $4 left over for machines
