DFW Eviction Pros is a non-attorney eviction administration service for landlords, PM Companies, and lawfirms who are looking to have authorized agents appear in JP eviction matters.
We are experienced eviction process administrators who have hands on experience exercising Texas's allowance of non-attorney eviction representation in Justice Court eviction cases. We will serve the notice to vacate, file your petition, attend the court hearing, and seek a favorable outcome.
When needed, we manage the Writ of Possession and coordinate directly with the constable, locksmith, and moving crews to get the final step executed while preserving your peace of mind.
History
Established in 2024.
I began my property management career in 2012 as a leasing agent while attending the University of Oklahoma. After relocating to the DFW area in 2021, I assisted a multifamily property owner managing a portfolio heavily impacted by post-COVID non-payment issues. This frequently placed me in eviction court, where I noticed a glaring trend: savvy tenants easily navigated system loopholes to get their cases dismissed, despite valid grounds for eviction. At the time, property owners believed hiring an expensive attorney was their only recourse. However, Texas law does not require representation by an attorney for eviction cases. Recognizing this significant pain point and the clear market opportunity, I stepped in to provide a better solution.
Meet the Business Owner: Dillan T.
I started this company because I saw landlords losing in court for simple procedural issues or because their seasoned tenant knew how to get the upper hand. They needed a lawyer but could not afford one after they were already deprived of several months of rental income. They had no reasonably priced options, and many of them were faced with selling the property or risking foreclosure.
So I touched base with some legal professionals who verified that Texas law allows non-attorney authorized agents to appear in eviction proceedings in Justice of the Peace.
I am not an attorney, and I do not give legal advice. What I do is prepare each case correctly and present it in court as the landlord's authorized agent, exactly as Texas law permits. The procedural mistakes that cost landlords their cases are avoidable, and making sure they are avoided is our specialty.
