Your guy said that is what I would do because if I order it then it would be $75 and not sure when it would be here. He said it is not creating your problem but I would replace it. When you pay $136 for a diagnostic fee that to me usually means checking out all the systems and see why my water pressure in the unit is so low. Your guy did no assessment. When I said here is the problem your guy said oh I already know what the problem is. He never bothered to check any of the systems in the unit. I appreciate your trying to reverse blame and put this at my feet but to me it is a simple problem that your guy did not diagnose he took a guess, address that but did not diagnose the problem.
