Mr. Bill Williams was my contact at Orbit and he was extremely professional and adhered to the deadline I had set for the shipment of this mirror. He was always available by phone whenever I had a question and he quoted me a very reasonable and honest price. I really appreciated this because I had never had to ship a large item such as this before and I wasn't really sure about the process or what an average price for this size item should ship for. I had compared Orbit's prices to another local company, Craters and Freighters, and there was no comparison.
