Staff was relaxed, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very reliable in terms of scheduling. Once the installers came in with the chosen pieces (we opted to have a bathroom done as well) they were precise, neat and efficient, got everything done much more quickly than I'd imagined and seemed genuinely pleased that we were so happy.
