They were extraordinarily helpful, responsive, and reliable! In sum, whatever day and time worked best for the job site, Big Apple made it happen at that time! My apartment had never been lived in before and as empty to allow the floors to dry. He attempted to fix it once and made it worse than it was. For YEARS he promised to come and fix it properly and kept not showing up, then ultimately tells me he won't fix his mistake because he doesn't have time. This guy is a complete LIAR.
