I have used Dewey Pest in Colton for many, many years and could not be happier with the service I receive. I had a technician, Tim for a very long time who took care of my home like it was his own. He moved to another position and chose Kerry to replace him on his route. Kerry has been my technician for quite a while now. I have NEVER had to call for a problem with bugs of any sort when Kerry services my house. I actually was laying in bed one day (am disabled) and I heard a strange, loud noise under my bed.My first thought was,"Oh my gosh! I have NEVER had a rodent of any type in my home and this must be a mouse!" I called Dewey and told them that I needed help right away! The customer service representative wasn't sure that she would be able to get Kerry out that same day as it was already the middle of the day. I asked her to have Kerry call me and very soon after speaking with the C.S.R,, Kerry called me and he was at my house within an hour! Unbelievably awesome! He set two mouse traps, one on each side of my bed and Kerry was still here when the mouse so nicely walked right into one of the traps!! I am very blessed to have/had two men who are extremely and sincerely concerned with the happiness of their customers. Py Kin left a message last night that he would be here this afternoon, which allowed me to attend to other business this morning. He arrived about 2:30 pm and, following a respectful greeting, clearly explained his procedure and precautionary measures. Py Kin was thorough, and addressed all areas that black widows occupy in my front and back yards--he went above and beyond the call of duty by additionally preventing spider nests in the driveway and garage, while avoiding harm to any of our numerous pets. He also regarded our flowerbeds, vegetable garden, shrubbery, landscape, patio furniture, porch enclosure, everything! In less that 30 minutes, Py Kin verbally summarized his strategies, and politely asked me to be cautious (as I was barefoot), reporting that the solution he used in shaded areas would be dry and safe in 30 minutes. I am extremely thankful to Dewey for sending this man to our home, and I would hope that he is the professional that returns to our home in the future. I have dewey pest control taking care of any bug problem I may have. My regular guy is Manny and he is awesome any questions I have or areas I need sprayed extra he take care of it no problem and is always professional and friendly. I recently found termite dropping in my master bedroom and they sent out Nate. Right away he was very friendly happy and very professional. I showed him my area of concern and right away he wanted to check the rest of the house. I really appreciate this kind of pride in his work to make sure he does a thorough job to get his customers taken care of. After a short while he found more than one spot on my home with a termite problem. He was very straight forward and very informative on what we would have to do to get the best results for eradicating this problem and did not want to take any short cuts. Have used DEWEY for many years now. My tech "Daryl" in one word...AWESOME! Daryl calls a few days out, always shows up when he says he is. He asks if I've seen any "critters"? If I have? He'll treat accordingly. He knows his job! He explains with each changing seasons what he's treating for and what I should be made aware of. A few months ago, I asked him about a termite inspection. He referred me to call in and schedule an inspector. Dewey sent a termite inspector within a few days. After an extensive inspection, I was termite free. And in true Dewey Pest fashion, he (termite inspector) told me what to look for and to call ASAP if I find any signs of termites. As a consumer I rely on and appreciate great customer service. From Daryl to their termite inspectors to their office staff, all of Dewey's staff are very courteous, professional and really want to help their customers. We have had Pest Control for over sixteen years and have been satisfied. We decided to go with your company - Dewey about four months ago. David Baker is our service technician. We had bugs and spiders in our home as well as plenty outside. I didn't like the way that they had to spray inside all the time, We have a small pet and fish tank and didn't like to worry about them, let alone us breathing it in, David shared with us that he tries to do such a thorough job outside that there is no need for him to have to spray inside unless we really have a problem, We really appreciated that very much, So far so good. I have not had an ant inside my house or on my deck for over a year, since I started the service with Dewey Pest Control, Colton office. My technician, Mike S. is super competent and knowledgeable--he knows right where to spray to keep the ants under control. Mike is also very organized and dependable--he calls a few days before the service, and is always on time for the appointment. Also, I just like him, because he's very kind and personable! Mike is the greatest!!! Mike even sprayed one time after a rain, when everything was still very damp, using a different kind of spray, and it held until he sprayed again. When you have this service, it's like insurance--if you get some kind of pest problem in between sprays, you can just call and they'll come right over to help you. Called Dewey yesterday because I had a bad ant problem I was told that I would receive a call from my new tech that night. As told I got in touch with Joshua he was very nice and informative and he scheduled me for the next day between 9am and 11am. Joshua was at my house at 9am sharp ready to service he came in my house first to inspect where the ants were coming from come to find out they were coming from a pin hole on the wall under the sink. He did his treatment on the inside and then treated the outside. I have had different pest control company's over the years and many technician's​ but none like Joshua very nice to me and my family and a great attitude and he really knows his stuff this is the type of service I expect when paying a company and will continue with this company as long as I have my technician joshua. read more

We have been using Dewey Pest Control since we bought our house eight years ago. Dean has been our technician for years now in the Redlands area, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is always on time, very friendly and professional, easy to communicate with, and always ready to answer my questions and deal with my pest control needs. We had a terrible ant problem when we moved in, and after using Dewey we haven't seen any ants at all and very, very few other pests. Dean goes out of his way to give great customer service. For example, he knocks on our door when he gets here so we can let our dogs out to do their business while he's getting his equipment ready since they can't go out again until the spray is dry. I live in Highland and have had the bi-monthly Dewey Pest Control Services for a couple of years now. The bi-monthly exterior is reasonably priced and has been very successful for me. Darryl is my technician. I appreciate him very much. I like that they call the day before to remind me they will be coming the next day. Darryl always asks me if I'm having any particular problems with insects, and where it's happening, and if I'm having any problems inside the house (as I don't have indoor service, only lawn and exterior treatment). I especially like that he gives me practical tips on how I can cut down on or eliminate problems on my own. Best advantage of using Dewey Pest Control - completely environmentally and pet safe materials are used - and I haven't seen a black widow spider in quite awhile. Whew! read more

My husband and I moved to south Fontana last October 2015. Did not know the neighborhood and what to expect. Louie Garnatz came to the rescue today from Dewey Pest Control in Colton. What was to be a water damage repair by a dry waller turned into a termite emergency after the dry waller opened up the wall. He was there to repair the dry wall, but couldn't finish the job until the termites had been treated. As a long standing customer of Colton Dewey Pest Control I made a frantic call and Regina put me in touch with Louie. He came immediately and inspected the wall and assessed the problem and explained how it could be treated. Louie was very knowledgeable and courteous. The area in the wall was able to be treated and the dry waller was able to properly repair and close up the wall in the same day. So grateful! I have made an appointment with Louie to fully inspect my home next week. read more

Luis and Mr. Kin came by to service our home today, Mr. Kin knocked on our door before starting service , ask if we had any issues and I told him that everything looks great as always.Not only did Luis control our pests , Mr. Kin was going around de webbing our eaves, our patio and furniture , checked our BBQ that one really impressed my dad very much by the way, then Mr. Kin flipped all the children toys to make sure they were safe of any creepy crawlies, he even took time to bring my empty trash can up from the curb , WOW ! and he used please and thank you, amazing ! All I can say is WOW!! Today I spoke with a one of the ladies in the office by the name of Regina (I think that was her name ha ha). Anyhow, I was interested in bug control around the perimeter of my house and wasn't sure what to do. Oh my god she was more than helpful. She asked what my major concerns were and how long I have had the bug problems. Well........ We had a ant and pincher bug infestation and haven't ever had problem since they started spraying. They where the best quote we got and everyone is always so friendly. If we ever need anything I can call the office and Tim the manager helps answer my questions quickly but can't leave out our tech Christian. He is really great also.
