The house I just bought was full of earwig bugs and black widows so my dad referred me to Dewey Pest Control I am very happy. Matt A. did a very good job. He came out and sprayed around my house in my garage and inside my house. I have a small basement that I didn't even tell him about and he went above in asking if he could go down there to spray (I feel like any other person would not have even cared to go down there since I didn't say anything about it). As soon as he left I saw all of the little bugs squirming around dying the next day there was (I'm Exaggerating a little bit) but hundreds of those earwig bugs dead on my porch and near my back and front door and inside the house. When we signed up with Dewey Pest Control, we had no idea how good it was going to be. Not only were there immediate results from their first visit (a dramatic decrease in the ants and spiders in and around the house) -- but also, when we had a complex scheduling issue, Cleto (our Excellent Tech :-) was willing to accommodate our schedule so that he didn't arrive "too early" -- and ended up arriving exactly when we asked him, so as to coincide with the time that we wanted to leave the house. This allowed us to have him do the outside first, and then the inside -- immediately after which, we locked up and left to do our errands for the day. You should not have to follow the technician around. There shouldn't be ants when he's done. He is supposed to call the night before so I can be ready. He did not call, Instead he showed up sprayed on the kids toys and on the laundry basket of clothes by dryer. Call manager and he is rude. Thinks I should go out in 105 heat and move stuff now so his guy can do his job right this time. They've never come back, but keep billing me. I guess I pay off contract. They don't spray. read more

I've been using Dewey for over 10 yrs. Through those years I've encountered several techs. I've been able to reach out at any given moment and have a tech ready to be out within a few days. However I've since made connections with the staff at Colton office. Our tech cleto is always willing to be out the next day. He is so polite and courteous we trust him to the fullest. He talks and works at the same time. That's because I come out to talk with him. I ask about his family and he speaks with high regard for them as well as his work family. He does a great job because hardly ever do we need a return visit because he covers it well. Thank you for being so cool cleto. Esther is another great person. Her customer service and her personality is what I just adore about her. She is always on top of her work and still knows how to laugh when I tell dumb jokes. Since our terrible experience with Terminix last week, I called Dewey Pest Control in Colton. Louie and Cesar showed up. We were requesting a termite inspection, for a VA Refiance. Mr. Cesar Saenz, was very courteous and knowledgeable about some small work that needed to be done. Mr. Saenz, stated he would be back in a couple of days to commence the work. My apartment building uses these people. They used to have a good technician, Now the guy is a rude ass that is too busy to listen and doesn't do what he is supposed to. His last visit he came to spray for spiders because my apartment has become over run with them. I opened the door and he said "are you ready to leave I'm in a hurry and don't have time to wait. " I told him I was going to wait until he was done to leave so I could lock the door myself he refused. I left I don't really think he ever sprayed he didn't leave the spray card they normally leave the spiders are worse than ever and he never came back to authorize the backyard for the fleas from the stray cats like he said he would. Py kin is an asset to your company and a very hard worker. He showed me how the ants were getting into my house and told me that's cutting my tree would help To keep them from getting into my house. He is always so helpful and gets rid of the problem right away. If we ever need him and he is not near he does everything possible to get to us ASAP or sends someone else in his place. We had a rat infestation ! Called Dewey who does our property quarterly. The tech they sent out, Desi, did an AMAZING job ! He set traps, removed dead rats and came back weekly to check on everything. I've been paying $38 per month to Dewey pest control for almost 10 months and I haven't seen them do anything but spray one spray around my 400 square-foot front yard. I just recently saw a rat near my house and they decided they wanted to charge me $150 to remove the rat. As if I wasn't already being overcharged! Wow! The servicemen that shows up is very nice so I have no complaints about him, other than his lack of productivity. When attempting to cancel the contract that my wife thumbed through they wanted to charge an additional $80!!! If you need pest control call somebody else because Dewey just won't be worth the excessive charges and hidden fees. you could end up paying $40 per month and still end up with a rat that Dewey won't get rid of for Less than 150 additional hard-earned dollars. read more

I had a very rude encounter with one of the front office personnel which is called me for a payment. She continued to insist that she was not going to give me the email so I could send her my cancellation notice, sending it to my email which in my retrospect she is a very lazy woman she just didn't want to do the work when I asked to speak to her supervisor she got sarcastic with me and stated" let me see". So whoever says the phone office is so kind and courteous you're wrong. In my belief she was just being lazy and rude. Got a call from my daughter who said there was a trail of ants from the front door to the doggy dish. I put in a call to a number of companies to see if they could come out ASAP. I got a call saying that a tech could be at the house in 20 minutes. Matt shows up promptly and goes about inspecting the house and outside. He tells me step by step what is to be expected. He was courteous and thorough and I felt like my options were well explained. I've had service before from another company and they had to stop service because it was too far for them to drive. I'm glad that I found a company nearby who was honest and the pricing was reasonable. He sprayed inside the house first so that I could lock up and leave while he finished the outside since we had to leave the house for a couple hours. I am very impressed with the service and above all, the excellent representative Matt was for the family-owned company! I paid them and made an appointment with them, they showed up to let me know i needed to remove everything from cabinets of kitchen, bathroom and all the rooms in my house ... which we did and we waited on our appointment day, they did not show up . I called and they said that they did not have anyone around that area, they gave me another appointment which they never showed up for the second time ... I called I was very disapointed because I had everything in boxes and they were very irresponsible and not professional at all .. When he came in the office what caught my attention was that he removed his hat and started by introducing himself as Py Kin.
