My parents go most weeks on Saturday evening, and staff knows their names and orders. They even make comments when I'm in town visiting and how they're happy for my family. Staff couldn't be more personable and warm. The resturant is always busy, but never feels loud of crowded to me. We always choose to sit in the dining room, but love to enjoy the full bar. We love the rolls with the different types of homemade butter too!

Also, you had the option of super salad. I got the creamy potato soup. Excellent! For the side, I thought I would try the deli salad. I was told it was like a macaroni salad. It was a decent scoop of macaroni salad with peas 1 inch pieces of cheese and also pieces of ham. Very good my waitress was friendly and on the ball. Some of the booths seem kind of dark to me. I requested a table by the window and it was perfect. I definitely would come back here again and try something else.

It's decorated like a cabin but it serves fairly upscale food that doesn't taste very good. As others have mentioned some of the food is too salty. I ordered a pork chop and it was terrible. It has the lighting and feel of a ski lodge (the cafeteria kind not the upscale kind). They need to dim the lighting and ease off the salt.
