The hostess seated us, and we sat there for 45 minutes without a single person coming over--not even to take a drink order or acknowledge us. We then watched the same hostess approach a couple she had seated about 20 minutes AFTER us and apologize because she "forgot to tell the server they were there." I called out to get her attention, but she blatantly ignored me and kept walking. My husband finally had to flag down another waitress. Only then did the hostess come back and say, "Oh my God, I'm so sorry--I forgot to tell a server I sat you." By that point, we had been sitting there for nearly an HOUR. The restaurant wasn't even busy! We finally got up and walked out--completely disappointed and disgusted by the lack of service. The atmosphere was also dated, dingy, and uninviting. I will never return, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end.
