Often no one is in the office and when I call to make a payment and they are on their cell phone away from the office im worried they are just writing down my credit card info which could be lost or stolen. We have only been late once but have been called before told we were late when we had just paid early. Then were told we have been late multiple times. When I tried to make the late payment the woman was not at all professional and tried to make me feel guilty for being late (which I had already apologized for after explaining we just had a baby and absolutely didn't mean to overlook the payment). All in all just not very professional. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the storage units are super clean, but that doesn't make up for the unprofessional behavior and lack of normal business hours.
